Although my overall review is not related to the staff or the store itself - I have had nothing but great interactions with the staff working the morning shift as they are awesome. My review is based the serious problem of panhandlers at this location that live in the nearby apartments that the owner of their store doesn’t seem to take action on. Some of them are very aggressive for money and may not take no for an answer. Often times they make laps in the parking lot still asking while I sit in the drivethru if there is a long wait. There is no signage saying to not loiter, no barricades to prevent them from standing near the drivethru window, the speaker or the little platform near the garbage door that some of them often sit at. It also looks like one of them destroyed the menu board as the glass is shattered and even resembles bullet holes.
I have left many survey reviews stating these issues for over a year not and yet the owner still won’t take action. I even gave my number one time for him to call me (I see him in his puffer jacket often) if he needed help with ideas and implementation but he didn’t have the courage to call.
It seems he is allowing them with an open invite to remain there and panhandle but should he thinking of the best interest of his customers cause once these homeless people become more aggressive, he will start to...

We've been here many times and the service/food are comparable to other Tim Hortons locations. I am only giving one star as my sister and I had a bad experience at this store. We were standing near the pick-up counter when a woman made a scene that we should not cut the line. (We were not, we already lined up and ordered, and just waiting for our order). The woman had a younger man beside him which was his son and tried to explain it to her that we were not cutting the line and we were just waiting. The woman did not listen and continued to harass us, the staff did not even tell them or defended us. They stayed silent which I thought they were afraid but a supervisor should have at least spoken up. My sister and I got upset and we left the store. As we were leaving, the woman continued to harass us and we said, shut up in a normal voice. The son got angry and followed us outside. The staff did not do anything! My sister and I were afraid, we did not do anything wrong and we were the ones who needed to leave the store to avoid further confrontation. The son was upset with us too for telling his mother to shut up, and we told him that he knew that his mother was harassing us and did not even try harder to stop her. Bad experience! I will never visit this...
Read moreI went to pick up my Too Good To Go (TGTG) order from this location for the first time and I must admit that the box contained enough varieties based on the reviews I checked in the app. I would however request you to kindly be welcoming to the customers as I faced a girl (Indian) with bad attitude working there. I completely agree that you may be going through a bad phase or having a very bad day, but this doesn't mean that you make others day go bad with your attitude too. I'm an Indian too and have seen girls especially from regions like Punjab, Delhi and Haryana having so much attitude working at Tim Hortons as if they own the restaurant and Tim Hortons is only surviving because of them. Nope! Nope! If you people cannot work then GET OUT!! However, I cannot encourage enough the other friendly staff (Filipino I believe) who are superb in customer service and very fast in keeping the line moving. Whenever, I visit this restaurant in the morning, it's superb busy with long lines but kudos to the hard working staff there to keep things moving and under control. My dear owner, I would highly recommend this place to anyone and please add few more cookies or donuts or pastries in my Too Good To Go (TOGO) order as I'm your...
