Really awful and completely disrespectful service. I’ve ordered pizza with bacon, they put sesame seeds , (never expected that)when I alerted them that my child is DEATHLY ALLERGIC to sesame seeds they refused to acknowledge my request with two staff saying, “we can’t change the order because we have to follow the ingredients!!! I said would you knowingly and intentionally risk the life of a child or anyone even after you were informed of the life and death risk??? The guy just walked away and the woman was staring rudely, made me extremely cautious what she’ll put in my food. I asked why there were no information for the customers so they can be well- informed of their choices and be alerted to any potential health and wellness risks, “ no we don’t have that information.” I’ve informed these rude bunch of people who dare work in customer service that My child was in respiratory crisis for 4 days when she accidentally ingested sesame seeds. The completely insensitive and inhumane response I received from the guy, “ everybody is allergic, we have allergies,” to this I said, “ but you work here you are privy to information about ingredients you can avoid but as customers we don't have that information which could put us in deathly compromise.” There was one woman employee named Maria who was listening and extricated herself from the toxic group to make me another pizza without sesame and heard about my suggestion regarding customer information for new items on the menu. I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at one of your locations. I am a regular customer who visits Tim Hortons about three times a week and truly enjoy your coffee and breakfast offerings. However, a recent visit left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable.
Approximately two weeks ago, I decided to dine inside the store instead of using the drive-thru, as I usually do. While waiting for my breakfast, I overheard staff members taking drive-thru orders in a loud and unprofessional manner. They were openly making fun of customers using the drive-thru, saying things like, “Wow, these people don’t know how to drive, they should practice in the Walmart parking lot,” followed by laughter.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer, it was disheartening to witness employees mocking other customers. If staff need to express frustration, it should be done discreetly and professionally, not within earshot of guests dining inside.
I’m sharing this feedback not out of anger, but because I truly value Tim Hortons and hope to continue supporting your business. I trust that this concern will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately to maintain the respectful environment Tim Hortons is known for.

I am sorry for three business owner of this Tim Hortons branch but he or she needs to be on top off their business and their employee attitude... I got a large coffee two creams driver through... There coffee as we know it's way too hot... They don't put the sleeves any more so I asked for one.. then I payed via tap .. and was trying to put my coffee in the coffee cup location of my car... When there Philipino ladies kept opening the window and closing there window every time they kept saying "Thank you MAME " and entry toner louder and scramier with a smirk on their face rushing me to driver away.. this was sooooo rude and unpleasant because they were moving and rushing me meanwhile knowing that driving with a coffee in your hands is illegal don't we all know that but know.. ?!!! Bcz it's considered careless driving.. and off coarse its not safer when your coffee cup is hot... Three other ladies working there are quite nice but the ladies of the samw ethnicity from Philippines very very rude I have over heard them while even shipping inside the store how they mock and are making fun of customers of driver through... Sooooo of you are the owner and you are listening tough may want to try and do a secret shopper for your store so you believe all these one star...
