TO. Lounge — Restaurant in Toronto

TO. Lounge is an absolutely charming and endearing neighbourhood fixture that seems to have it all. They have live music and karaoke, among others here! When it comes to the food, they do not skimp on quality. I have had the pleasure of joining them for happy hour twice now and the first time, I adored the special crispy chicken wings! I also had their scrumptious chowmein with BBQ pork. It’s chowmein unlike any you would find anywhere else.

Today, I went for the fish and chips with a refreshing pint of Steam Whistle they have on tap and I have to say, everything was very well cooked and crunchy. The skinny fries were everything you look for in a snack or meal and the fish was great, having been cooked with oil that they always make sure to change. I know I will keep coming back to TO. Lounge. I hope they will be a part of Parkdale for a very long...

Yesterday I was at the bar, it's not the first time I've gone but as an artist since I do live performances, but yesterday a worker at the place (I'm going to describe him physically, he has long blonde hair, white skin and a thin build, he's Russian origin) this character abusively touched my belongings even when I had my bag in my possession, he took my drink from me claiming that I could not leave with a can that was almost empty, this character invaded my private space and very boldly shouted at me afterwards, I followed him and the guy disappeared from the bar, I write this to publicly denounce this guy who in addition to being “working” was consuming liquor and was already drunk!! This is a total lack of respect!! Please, people who enter that place, especially women, be very careful with this guy!! He...

Very nice bar, as an artist I enjoyed the attention and was pampered by the homely but charming locals… i did however find it odd the way the bartender kept staring at me.. hes a man of very tall and slim stature not unlike the men you find playing water polo or as horse racing jockey, and yes he was very slavic.. at one point as i was leaving the bathroom he leaned over as I passed him and smelled my hair.. i could feel wisps of my lovely locks go straight up both his nostrils… artists beware… the bar is very nice BUT THAT MAN...
