TLDR : The quality of food has gone down in case if you remember Tzatziki from the olden days :/ Have heard really good things about Tzatziki & have always wanted to try the same, however have heard from many of the veteran foodies who have lived in Toronto forever that the quality of food and the service of Tzatziki in the recent years have been really bad. We placed a dinner takeout through Uber eats ordered Pita breads (x2), Pork Souvlaki Platter with rice and roasted potato wedges on the side (x2), Chicken Souvlaki Platter with rice and roasted potato wedges on the side x1), Spanakopita (x2) and a bunch of Tzatziki dips. The Spinach in the Spanakopitas especially at the bottom had the after taste of whatever was cooked before the spinach in the pan. That yucky taste affected the quality of the entire Spanakopita in my view. The quality of souvlaki platters weren’t really great as they used to be as well. The pork and the chicken kebabs were hard and not crispy as well The pita breads were of good texture. The Tzatzikis were nice and rich. Definitely a 5 for the dip

Where do I begin -_- Firstly it was 9Celcius today and the doors of the restaurant were open, I was like a popsicle!! We ordered our meals and 25 minutes later had to ask where's our food as we were the only customers in the place, Terrible. I ordered the beef & lamb kebab dinner and hubby had the pork souvlaki dinner. The salad was the most terrible thing I've ever been served [reference pic below to see it was onions and tiniest shreds of lettuce with couple of nibbles of cucumber.... I didn't even eat it after tasting it - Gross] ... the fries were cold so I asked for gravy to warm them... still didn't warm them and I could taste freezer burn on the fries - so didn't eat that either. Lemon potatoes were ok'ish, but lacked flavor/seasoning, ate one piece and left the rest The best thing was the kebab and tzatziki I didn't eat the other food and walked away still hungry 60$ out of pocket and totally unsatisfied. Save yourself the disappointment and go to a different place, there are so many other good Greek places in the area. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I absolutely LOVE Greek food and I've found a new spot to put on my repeat list! I tried Tzatiki thanks to an UberEats deal for BOGO free. I ordered the FRIED CALAMARI DINNER which comes with a restaurant appetizer-size amount of deep fried calamari, Greek salad, and your choice of two sides. As you know, for these BOGO deals, UberEats makes you input/order two of the exact same things. However, I asked on the instructions if they could pair one with potatoes and rice, and the other with potatoes and pita, and they were kind enough to do so. I personally recommend the potatoes (for being soft and flavorful) as well as the pita (so chewy!) rather than the rice (tasty, but not as good as Jimmy the Greek, heh). I also really enjoyed their Greek salad as it was filled to the brim with onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese... You name it! Though this combo was on the pricier side, it is well worth it for the portions, which are huge and likely enough to feed two! Everything was packaged well, so it travelled well also.

Ok so this place really broke my heart. At first i loved it. About 2 months ago i had a souvlaki sandwich and it was PERFECT. i have gone back FOUR TIMES since and EVERY time they have completely botched my orders. A week ago i picked up a big order for my birthday with my cousin for me and my friends. Got home finally so excited to eat. Open the bag and its not our order AT ALL. And there was literslly no one else in the restaurant at the time so... idk how the server couldnt remember 1 order. When i got back they happily replaced the order. Inconvenient but allright cool ill always give a place a few chances especially when so impressive at first. Unfortunately i brought this new order home and guess what? It was literally just fries rice and a big hunk of pork gyros with no lettuce no onion no sauce no tzatziki NOTHING. Just dry meat and dry carbs LOL. I was too tired to even bother returning it and we ate something else. Just tonight i brought my mom here telling here it is fantastic and me hoping that the last time was a fluke happily go to try a local shop out again. They have a great rep and the food tastes good. But the workers behind the counter are totally daft. Today i asked for NO TOMATO on my order "everything but tomato please" it was written on my sandwich bag. Went home with my mom open the bag and? It WAS ONLY TOMATO.... what the heck is wrong with these guys im thinking this is hilarious its written right on the bag. Anyway i breath deep and tell mom "this is the wrong order again". We drive back. Worker begins to replace my order happily and i thank him. My mom states her sandwhich is missing lettuce. Worker begins to inspect the sandwich with his dirty BALL POINT PEN.... lol im thinking oh god my mom is gonna die. Lol. Anyway my mom os a bit dramatic and the employee realizing what he did throws out the sandwich and makes a new one. These souvlakis take about 15 minutes atleast to cook so every replacement... is about 25 minutes of time wasted remember that. And thats why we eat out. To save time. Anyway they replace the order all well and good i get open sandwhich looks good take a bite and BAM huge wack of tzatziki literally only tzatziki in my mouth no meat or anything like just a MASSIVE amount of tzatziki hahahaha. I almost gagged i dont know why ppl cover food in so much sauce. Anyway no problem! Im adaptable. I empty it and scrape the humongous amount of tzatziki in my small sandwich. Continue eating and then almost yak as i bite into a piece of pork that was immediately recognized as UNDERCOOKED. It almost felt like raw chewy rubbery tofu idk man. It was not good. Cannot eat it. Very dissatisfied. I had alot of high hopes for this place the price is spot on and the food tastes good but they just dont know how to remember or think or really consider the person eating the sandwich when making them and for that reason i cannot reccomend it. Unless like maybe you dont mind your order being wrong half the time and you love a...

Full Disclosure: 1 Visit, 2 Gyros.

The setup for this visit had the makings of a terrible experience (for us, or the restaurant, or both). End of the weekend, still rushing around, and running late, and the addition of a food stop for my son was not helping anything. He was originally hoping for Schwarma and we had already going out of our way to try to get it and had been stymied by a lack of restaurants on the route and an unexpected closure just when we thought we had succeeded. I saw the word "Tzaziki" in my rearview and figured this was close enough to what he wanted and far enough from McCrap that we should cut our losses.

We u-turned, parked, walked in and ordered 2 Gyros with fries to go. I think I was still wound up pretty tight right up to the moment that the food was passed to us and magically my stress melted away.

This place is a gem and I am very upset that the city has been hiding it from me right in my hood. Practically speaking when you get their Gyro it is wrapped like a horn with a large open end and a small closed point. That open end looks like a bowl cradling your "everything" and everything means everything including your fries (okay, stop laughing greek people, we did totally expect a side order of fries). It's a one pot dinner. Walking with that is only reccomended if you are going into some woods, worried about getting back out, and your brother's name is Hansel.

With the first look at the presentation of the food I performed some quick mental calculations around the exponential relationship between distance travelled and filling consumed (vs. filling lost). I was also forced to acknowledge that something very special had randomly taken place, and it would be a crime not to enjoy the ride. So, we changed "to go" to "for here" both from a practical standpoint as well as to enjoy the vibe a little longer and dined in.

We sat down ordered an iced tea and a beer and ate in a much more relaxed and civilized manner than we had originally intended. Sometimes there is just no excuse to wolf down your food on the run when you can eat a full meal and a beer in a much lazier 630 seconds.

The food was "A"-mazing!! We left with full bellies, and know that we will be back for the food as well as the warm and wonderful staff who are truly committed to your experience.

Perhaps the craziest part of this is that while the experience was life changing, the loss of the extra 10 minutes didn't really impact our day! I know!...

After reading all of the bad reviews... I am happy I am not the only one who has experienced their horrible customer service! Absolutely disgusted with the "newly trained manager" of this place. I have ordered food on four separate occasions from Tzatziki for months off the JustEat App. I have always selected the "Re-Order" option on the App because I get the same order every time. But, This particular time I used the Re-Order option I got a different order.

I called the restaurant and explain to a gentleman what had happened. He passed the phone off to this sorry excuse of a manager whom started off his rant on me with "So, you ordered your food like this and that is how you got it". I don't think he understands how the JustEat App works but he insisted that he is correct since "he has been in the industry for over 20 years and he is 40 years old". Your years in the industry does not make you correct. I had literally done the exact same thing I've done every time and it came differently. I couldn't believe that he argued with me on the phone about how I ordered it wrong and that he can't read my mind. His level of unprofessional practices in this establishment will be the death of this business. Kosta needs to be re-trained in his dreadful career and especially in customer service. I will never be ordering from them again because of this situation.

The only good part was that they did bring me another order AND the delivery man was so sweet. Only if he could be the "manager" then maybe this place would have a chance!

If you want EXCELLENT service and great food, I would suggest to...
