Terrible Customer service, Manager was beyond inconsiderate!!!
We arrived in the drivethru at 9:40 and proceeded to wait behind a car who seemed like they were ordering. After about 10 minutes, the car pulled away and we moved to the front... We waited for someone to take our order but nobody answered.
The Screen displayed $25.82, so we assumed the person ahead of us ordered but the delay was caused by some kind of social distancing procedure. We waited another 15 minutes.. at this point we got fed up and decided to pull up to the window.
When we did the Manager was in the process of cleaning and tapped to a sign stating the closed at 10. This is understandable as it is a holiday however not only were we in line well before 10am but the signs were all on as well.
When I tried to indicate to him that there is 3 or 4 cars behind me that are probably going through the same thought process as me and waiting their turn, the manager said "It doesn't matter, we are closed".
If you're closed, please indicate that you are closed.
Respect the fact that your patrons are waiting in line, unbeknownst to them that you are no longer taking orders.
Acknowledge when a customer points out that what you're doing is wrong and move towards fixing the issue, don't rudely hand signal me to leave and say "it doesn't matter, we are closed".

Read moreI recently had an unfortunate encounter with the female manager at this Wendy's location, and I must say it was a truly terrible experience. Not only does she lack basic people skills, but her behavior was rude and downright pathetic.
From the moment I entered the restaurant, her negative attitude was palpable. She spoke to the customers in a condescending tone, as if she had no understanding of how to treat people with respect. Her dismissive and impatient demeanor was shocking and completely unprofessional for someone in a managerial role. It was truly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism from a manager who is supposed to set an example for the rest of the staff. I left Wendy's feeling deeply unsatisfied with the service I received, and it is entirely due to the incompetence of this female manager. It is clear that she has no idea how to behave with people and lacks even the most basic social skills. Read moreI know you cannot expect a lot from fast food but since it had happened to me more than 3 times I just left I need to call it out. This Wendy's location is the worst. I once order 2 burger combos but one of the burger is missing hamburger patties. Called to complain and they told me to come back and they will give me free burger next time I come, asked how but was told just come sir. They didn't even ask my name so I decided not to bother (riskiing embarrassing myself), second time I order their sausage breakfast wrap but there wasn't any egg in it. Took the wrap to the counter and they said it's a sausage wrap, it doesn't come with eggs. I told them I've been to other Wendy's locations and they all come with egg. So he reluctantly took it back to add the egg. Today, I ordered their sausage breakfast wraps via drive thru, when I got home again both wraps are missing eggs.
