Wing Machine — Restaurant in Toronto

Tried to place an order via phone call... the owners child had picked up the phone. While placing the order, the child had gotten frustrated and rudely told us to call customer service to place our order and then hung up. We then tried calling back and he would not answer. We had to call from a DIFFERENT phone. We placed the order and when we got there and complained about their customer service the CHILD was raising his voice and we told him to calm down and as I was speaking to my cousin who was beside me, he turned around and said "why don't you say whatever you're saying to my face instead of talking too your friend" aggressively. The owner's of this wing machine should not put a child who has no respect in a workplace that requires customer service skills. Keep in mind that my cousin and her husband are regulars there, and I myself have been there multiple times. Very bad service. Will not be going back and will definitely be telling everyone I know not to come to this...

Don't order from this location!!!!!!!! We ordered for delivery and they said they would call us to meet the driver at the lobby. Over an hour passed and NO CALL. We kept calling the shop to know where our food was but they were IGNORING OUR CALL! Finally my husband called from a different phone number and they picked up right away. The man that answered was so clueless about our order and then finally said that the driver CAME TO OUR BUILDING AND LEFT RIGHT AWAY!? They didn't call us, they didn't inform us about the driver leaving, and we called so many times to know what is going on and they kept ignoring us!! What kind of business does this nonsense?? We are...

Honestly these guys are great, but only when the actual older male and female owners are working. When their kids or family members are working the food especially the pizza is always horrible. Literally eating bread and cheese as a pizza. There's never any sauce. I mean the owners need to have their breaks of course but the ones who work in their place need to get far better at making the pizza. This is the second time. Whenever the actual owners are not working I will not be ordering....
