Today for 14 of October, 2025 I've been at the 10:40 PM To that location and I have a $20 bill it was wrapping a little bit the employee, his name, Carlos I think he's from Philippine he was very rude with me. And I told him I have $100 bill. But you guys don't accept it and I don't want to go to the ATM to deposit a money to my account because I don't have enough money in my account right now it was easy to accept the $20 anywhere and nobody has any trouble with that. I told him that but he was so rude with me and I told the nice lady over there. Did I see anything bad to him? He told me to go out of the store and he don't want to serve me. Made an order on Uber Eats around 6:00 pm on August 13th. I ordered cheese on 2 of my sandwiches, which I had to pay extra for. Did not receive the cheese. Please retrain or fire employees that are disregarding customers orders and making whatever they feel like. Terrible service. I would recommend eating literally anywhere else in the area.
EDIT: Just called into the store about the constant issue regarding incorrect orders. I had asked for a manager. Someone named Shondana or something similar pretended to be a manager and denied that his staff are making errors. He blamed the delivery courier first and then the computer after.
