Went to this restaurant with my family with great expectations but ended up coming out sick & regrettable. Dining Experience: Service - Hustle & Bustle, team was rushing here and there but had no Idea who came first & who’s order to take first & whom to serve first. Ambience - Extremely congested dining setup, people sneezing & coughing on you as due to so much congestion other people are indirectly part of your table & conversation. Now comes to main part FOOD - We ordered 1 chefs special Paneer & 1 tawa veg (mix veg), I wasn’t expecting the chef special on their menu to be one of the worst tasting paneer I ever will ever have, lack of everything, trust me someone who’s profession is not cooking will end up making a great tasting paneer dish but I Felt sorry for the Paneer! Tawa veg (mix veg) - as per the name we were expecting a great flavourful tawa veg with wide variety of vegetables stir fried on tawa with crispy texture and smoky flavour but ended up getting aalu ghobi with a pinch of capsicum n onion and yes tons of oil underneath, veggies were not at all stir fried nicely, also if you say Tawa Veg then cook it on the Tawa so that you can get that taste and texture but the potatoes had weird sour, dry, waxy flavour, ghobi and capsicum were undercooked, onions were floating in the oil underneath. Tandoori rotis were pretty okay should have had it with pickles instead.
Food quality- Poor quality oil is being used to cook which made us all sick and felt...

Read moreFalse Portions, Terrible Service, Ruined My Birthday - Look, I'm just a regular guy who works hard and wanted to celebrate turning 25 without stress. My friends and family all recommended Punjab Haveli, so I figured it was a safe bet. Big mistake.
I specifically told them I needed food for 20 people. They assured me their package would handle it, no problem. When the food arrived, I could immediately tell something was wrong. There was maybe half of what I expected. I'm not exaggerating - I had friends asking where the rest of the food was.
I had to frantically order more food on Uber Eats while my guests were already there. Ended up spending nearly double what I budgeted for my own birthday dinner. When I called to complain, they acted like I was being unreasonable.
This hit me hard financially. I saved up for months to throw a nice party, and they basically stole half my money. The paneer chili I was excited to share? There wasn't even enough for half my guests.
I'm writing this because I wish someone had warned me. Don't let them do this to you on your special day. There are plenty of other caterers who actually deliver what they promise. Learn from my expensive mistake - avoid Punjab Haveli.
Trust me, you don't want to be explaining to your guests why there's no food at...
