A couple of weeks ago, we stopped there around 8 and waited while the girl took our order. She was okay and slid the sandwiches down to the fellow who was supposed to wrap them. At that moment he decided to refill all of the containers with fillings in. He did every one of them, even though some were half full. We were tired and had a long day. My niece had to go back to the hospital and was hungry. We waited for 15 minutes while this slow moving guy filled the containers. Finally the girl had sandwiches piling up so she came and wrapped them and we were finally on our way. We dropped my niece at the hospital and had an hours drive home. I took a bite and couldn't chew through the bun! It was stringy and gross. I ended up throwing mine out the window but my husband was really hungry and ate his but said the bun was terrible. The girl that served us confirmed her name as Raman , with zero knowledge of being in customer service industry . So we got this footlong and the girl did not put right quantity of chicken as it is supposed to be , half of the bread was left unfilled . On saying that she should use proper proportion the girl charged us extra $$ for chicken and argued that she is taught the ways she is making subs .
