Is it weird to say " too many staff"? The place was super busy but only seemed so as they had 6 people behind the counter and only 2 seemed to know what they were doing! Orders were being done wrong and without direction. The staff were not educated on the subs and the toppings that went on the specific subs by name. Bought subs for 6 people and not one was finished. We were all super hungry and left feeling very blah. Too bad, Subway was typically a treat in its early days now it just seems tired and too busy to care. It's about volume and not quality.
