Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Town of Digby

Not really sure where to start .....but here it goes. Have ordered blizzards 3 times in the past month. Every time I have been served at the takeout window by the same rude and lazy male employee. Twice past I have been served a sloppy blizzard, both times ice-cream was dribbling down the cup. This us the way it was handed to me after I paid. No lid and no napkins offered. Both times I had to ask for a lid and napkin. This employee was clearly annoyed he had to do more than he wanted. Now as for today's adventure at 5 pm I was served by the same lazy employee again. No napkin and no lid. My total was 5.95 so he was given 6 dollars in cash. On principle he should have offered back the 5 cents but didn't. He arrogantly assumed he could keep the extra. Do the math. If he pulls this stunt with every customer think about how much in tips he is making. Again I had to ask for a lid and napkin. He gave me the stink eye and was cleary annoyed he had to go out of his way to perform a rudimentary customer service. Prior to my dealings with Mr. ignorant lazy guy I have never had any issues with customer service from any other employee. This creep needs to be spoken to by management. In fact I would like management to leave a contact number to discuss this...

Today was the most horrible experience of my life. These bathrooms are very dirty. I have previously complained to Lee the supervisor but nothing has been done. Today there was a simple mix-up in what was ordered. No problem, they fixed it and all was good. It did take a long time for my sandwich and I asked about this. I walked away. As I am eating, an employee of this site (blonde and belligerent, she did not offer her name) came to my table to give me grief about how I spoke to her coworker. She did not give me a chance to speak and spoke loudly and very aggressively to me. She continued to be loud and argumentative. It was horrible. This person should not ever be in a position of authority. She needs to be trained on all things for...

Dairy Queen Digby is number one! we live in Yarmouth and our dairy Queen is not very good(burgers microwaved so hot the pickles burn your mouth). We have sometimes even drove to digby for Dairy Queen there. There is an older gentleman that always seems to be there. He is the most friendly nice person ever he treats you like everybody means a lot to their business. we went the other night and it was super busy and they were ready to close they treated us welcoming there were seven of us and they even delivered our food to the table and made sure everything was satisfactory everything was fresh hot and delicious. Fast food places could learn a lot from here. Great Job to everyone that works at this dairy Queen!!!! Never...
