Godfathers Pizza - Harrow — Restaurant in Town of Essex

Had their pizza several times with no complaints other than one time where the anchovies were put on the pizza and and not on the side as ordered , but we decided we should maybe a little extra, so we ordered 20 wings and a large ceasar salad, NEVER AGAIN, the wings tasted frozen and were literally soaked in grease and soggy and the large ceasar was old, tasted old, what we ate. Our usual pizza order is about $21 which is reasonable but for this order with extra soggy wings and old ceasar salad ( which also didnt come with the typical parmesan cheese) and not to mention the $7 dollar tip for delivery our order was @ the $70 mark, definitely not worth it. Have the pizza, stay away from anything else. Lost one star,...

The girl jazlyn started yelling at me bc I told her that I was going to write a complaint to Karen about her and then she started yelling at me from the back of the store , I am not pleased with her customer service and let's be clear I have a medical issue so that means I'm exempt from wearing a mask and I told her that and she was still yelling at me to put on a mask and then she said for me to wait out side , first of all you can't refuse service to a person with medical issues ,,second I have never had a issue with this till now from her from this store , if people are unsure about mask wearing and medical issues then contact the police and talk to them and they will tell you the exact same...

Today I came into this place supposedly surrounded with friendly staff, and this younger blonde girl maybe in her early thirties greeted me in a very unprofessional manner. I asked to use the bathrooms, as my house was a couple hours away and she began to use inappropriate language towards me (swearing) I understand it could a very stressful job but that’s not the right way to treat customers. (And it is very unsafe because you have no clue how different customers would react by being treated like that.) Please while in a public work space do better.
