Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Essex

I've tried this Tim Hortons multiple times and every visit is a disappointment and my order is wrong, even simple things. I've ordered an everything bagel, toasted with butter (I figured that was simple enough so it wouldn't get screwed up... or so I thought) and I get cream cheese on it. I order a bagel sandwich with egg and bacon and I get tomato and lettuce. Today is the last visit I will ever make there. I ordered a small iced cappuccino and a wildberry cheesecake donut for my daughter and a chocolate dip for myself. We paid and were told to wait at the side, which was odd, usually they give the donuts right away. We stepped to the side and got the iced capp but nothing else as other people who came after us got served their items. I then let the lady know we didn't get our donuts so she asked what they were then went right away, got them and bagged them. We left to eat them at home instead of inside, which was my mistake. We opened the bag when we got home and my daughter's donut was right, but mine was a double chocolate donut, which I won't eat. Every..... single..... time....I ...... go.... to.... this....Tim....Hortons.... my..... order..... is... messed.... up. How hard is it to grab the right donut? I won't be returning. The little man who was working this morning at 4am was either lazy or just confused I’m not sure which. I mobile ordered 10-15 minutes before going into the shop as I had to leave for work so I wanted to grab my coffee and go. I get to Tim’s to find no drink and no one behind the counter. A few minutes of standing there the guy comes sauntering out of the back and he had to be told about the mobile order, he rushed making it and tried taking orderes in between making the drink as a line had formed as he hid in the back, left spill over from the drink all over the cup, and made it incorrectly, my frozen cappuccino was just bubbly liquid with cream even though I requested chocolate milk, which was no big deal but it was the cherry on top of everything else going wrong.

Probably won’t go here again unless I have time to kill. No consideration for other people’s time, this particular staff member didn’t seem to care I had to wait for my mobile order an ADDITIONAL 10 minutes even though I ordered it 10 minutes prior to showing up. We love attending this Tim Hortons. Great food, great service , very friendly ! The workers are like family to us. The atmosphere lately has been extremely disrupted because of these 2 or 3 men ," with laptops" ,going into this location and plugging in their laptops , talking out loud to their customers, running to the entrance to answer their calls , " it's a joke"! We don't feel like sticking around because they have ruined the laid back atmosphere we had before ! I understand many people bring their laptops to Tim Hortons, but they are respectful and are not conducting a business! I can tell this bothers alot of the customers ,what these men are doing. Please look into this soo the rest of us can enjoy our coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks...
