Pizza Express Harrow — Restaurant in Town of Essex

Paid $40 + $5 delivery tip for a queen pizza. Got the pizza and it was wrong. Toppings weren’t what I asked. The pizza wasn’t cut properly at all, we had to cut it ourselves with a pizza cutter. Called to inquire and received awful customer service - was told it was my fault the pizza was wrong, our pizza was “too confusing” and to pretty much suck it up and deal with it. Even though it was a pretty basic order and the employee confirmed 2x with me while ordering. And still got it wrong. Will not ever order from here again. We’ve been long time customers but after today never again. At the end of it, it wasn’t even about the pizza. It was how rude, disrespectful and unprofessional the employee was that...

Great Pizza! I ordered a Medium Deluxe, the box bent when I picked up, probably more than double the weight of ingredients than any other pizza out there, seriously! And this medium is a large compared to other pizza shops. I thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful pizza, best I have had in years. Reminded me of pizza you would get 20 yrs ago, as they used to put lots of toppings on them then, many shops now put the bare minimum, but not here! We will definitely be ordering again...and again....and again lol 100% worth the wait. My family of 3 got 24 wings (scrumptious and cooked perfectly), a large onion ring (delicious and crispy) and a mozza burger (fricken fantastic!!!! and you could tell it wasn't a store bought patty) And we still have a huge amount of wings and onion rings left.
