Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Essex

Don't know if it's a bit of a language barrier making things difficult or what but I didn't have a good experience. Called to place an order, "hello, can I place an order?" "NO!" ”why not? I'm in Essex" "Oh, ok......." Then with my order of vegetarian Alfredo pasta that comes with breadsticks in with my order. But then they were persistent that they had to upcharge extra $11 for the bread despite it says in app it came with it. In the end of the battle another customer help me get them to understand their own menu.

Update....got home and my vegetarian alfredo had chicken. I called the store to tell them about it and the lady said that is what I ordered and that how it's made even after I said I ordered...

I will never order from this location again. The delivery driver didnt have enough change on hand and told my daughter she had to pay another way cause he wasnt driving back to the store to get change for the cash. I called and complained, to be told my next order would be free. I called to place an order and of course they have no recall of any of this happening, needless to say i wasn't getting my promise. You just lost a good customer and every order was never less then $80. I'll gladly give my money to your competitors that care about...

Some guy named memet took my order on the phone and told me they were closed even though it said they were open another four hours. They referred me to another Pizza Hut closed by I told them that I was referred and they said that memet had been previously fired from their location for having a diarrhea...
