Absolutely not kid-friendly. Our children were just playing quietly, and a staff member still came over and told a 3-year-old, “No screaming,” even though the child wasn’t being loud at all — and without even speaking to me as the parent first. On top of that, two employees kept giving us dirty looks the entire time. A tea shop without love doesn’t deserve love...

I used to live in Canmore where the restaurants all compete for 5 star food and service, and this is the first time I would say the food and service is comparable with those restaurants in both Canmore and Banff!
