Excellent Manager! Miscommunication at drive through today. Manager fixed it promptly. Didn't charge me for missed item. That I thought I clearly said I wanted. Ice cream at this location is amazing. I had no problem paying for a Sunday. I had expected that option for me to purchase one to be offered. It wasn't the lady at the window who could have given me the option. I would have paid. I've just had a Blizzard from dairy Queen in Slave Lake and I am shocked and disgusted to report that not one single male employee in the store was wearing their masks covering their nose. The one woman working had her mask on properly. But not one of the male workers have their masks on properly, every single one of them had their nose sticking out fully over the top of their mask meaning they're not protecting themselves and they're not protecting the customers whatsoever. I ordered a custom cake for my husbands birthday. When I got it I noticed that is said 31th birthday, so I brought it back in and had them correct it. The image was lifting, I asked for it to say happy birthday not b-day. The writing in general looked really bad. Like a kid could’ve done that. There was no frosting around the top of the cake.
