Not very hygienic. The employee didn’t wear gloves when preparing food or use proper hand washing. He was tossing what appeared to be a salad with his bare hands. Then instead of washing his hands afterwards he just grabbed paper towel to dry them and then continued on preparing other food and touching other surfaces without hand washing. Very gross to watch. Definitely not getting food here again nor would I recommend. Would give zero...
