Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Waterside

While on a road trip to Prince Edward Island, I stopped at this Tim Hortons — and I have to say, it was hands down the best Tim Hortons experience I’ve had anywhere in Canada.

I want to specifically mention Myla, who was working that day. Her attitude, professionalism, and warm customer service absolutely blew me away. She greeted everyone with a smile, handled orders efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. You can genuinely feel that she cares about her work and the people she’s serving.

I’ve visited Tim Hortons locations all over Ontario, Quebec, and other provinces, but none have matched the outstanding service I received here. Myla sets a standard that every Tim Hortons should follow. Her kindness and energy made my visit memorable and truly special.

If there’s anyone who deserves to be recognized or promoted — it’s Myla. She’s a true asset to this store and to the entire Tim Hortons brand.

We visited this Tim Hortons at Stratford, which is located near the Petro Canada gas station. Usually, we come here after our cricket matches with a group of 15-20 people, and we've never had any issues before. However, this time, we placed a huge order, and the customer service was quite rude. When we pointed out that they missed a couple of items from our order, they agreed to make them, but we ended up waiting for 20 minutes just for 3 sandwiches and 2 ice cap mokas. Additionally, when we asked for a croissant chocolate to be heated up, the person attending to us put it aside and attended to other people's orders, making us wait for an additional 20-25 minutes. This is a great little Timmie's built into a gas station. It's all new and clean with fast service. It's not really the type of Tim Hortons where you go to sit and read or study (not much seating), but its definitely great for just stopping by. Most people use the drive-thru anyway.

The only thing that makes it lose points is that access to the property by car can be a little dangerous. There's a lot of cross traffic from people exiting the drive-thru and those entering the gas station. Have seen many almost-fender-benders. Only a...
