I have mixed feelings about this place.
The pros: 1.A family pass is rediculoisly cheap. $11.40 paid for myself along with three teens, and my two toddler were free! Steal of a deal! There was a little bit of something for everyone to enjoy, tube slides were a hit with the older kids and the jungle gym-water park was a hit for everyone.
The cons: Please please for the love of god, THEY NEED A BETTER TICKET SYSTEM. SET UP AN ONLINE PAY SYSTEM OR SOMETHING. Their ticket system is a complete joke. It’s a new park with many visitors and people are left standing in rediculously long lines in the sweltering heat just to pay for a wrist band, to then have to stand in another rediculously long line up waiting for the session to begin. You have to get there 1hr before the session start time to be able to get in on time. The line up grows quickly. We arrived at 5:20pm and it took 40mins just to get a wrist band. Anther 10mins to get in to the park. They need to set up shade tents for the people waiting in line to pay. Seriously, so many families with young children and babies standing in the blazing sun and not a sliver of shade anywhere to stand in. NOT COOL guys!! Especially when you have to stand in the heat for an hour prior to the session starting just to get in on time! BRING UMBRELLAS for the line ups and shade tents FOR SHADE. Parking. I think there’s maybe 50 parking stalls? Yeah. Good luck getting a parking spot. It took us 20mins driving around the tiny parking lot in circles to finally get one. It won’t be long until the local residents get fed up with park-goers parking out front their homes.
They had a white spot food truck there but we didn’t buy anything and didn’t check to see the costs, they’re usually overpriced anyway.
Overall, the kids enjoyed it. I’d go again, maybe on a less hot day and when the new news...
Read moreJust because there are some negative reviews on here, I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this place is! We did some research before coming which is probably the reason why our experience was very positive. We arrived at 9am (30mins before ticket sales, and 1 hour before the gate opens). At 9am, we were probably the 15th group in line. The 4 kids had no problem waiting in line as they were absolutely thrilled to go to this new water park. While waiting we had some time to have snacks and put sunscreen on. When I paid the $11 admission fee for our whole family, I was shocked. Where else can you take the whole family for that price? As soon as we got in at 10am, I was beyond impressed with the water park. The older kids loved the big water slides, and the two toddlers loved the wave pool and smaller slides. There is something for every age. The water park is very clean. Staff is very friendly. We have nothing but good things to say about this place. The wait to get in was absolutely worth every minute of the 3 hour session that we spent there. A couple things I would recommend is to bring your own food and snacks as Triple-Os Food Truck is your only food option. Try to wear bathing suits as you arrive to avoid having to go change, as by the time we came out from the changing rooms, all of the lounging chairs were taken already. Luckily I brought a picnic blanket with us. I highly recommend this place to everyone whose mood doesn't get ruined by a 1...

You need to register on the website in order to buy tickets in advance (2-3 days in advance, sometimes even a week), otherwise you probably won’t be able to get in as a walk in (limited capacity and tickets get sold out very fast). No refunds. If you got tickets and can’t make it, just give it to your friends.
You can reserve a table for events like b-days (extra charge). Or just bring you towels, food, chairs and stay on the grass.
Suggest you to come 30 min before your reservation to take your spot in the line (line ups are looong) as it will allow you to take the best spot in the park. There is a beautiful playground where your kids can play while you are waiting in the line. At the entrance they check every person by the Last Name of the person who’s account was registered on.
Sessions are 2,5 hours: 10:30-1:00pm and 2:00-4:30pm. Between sessions they clean the area.
Weather. Even if you got tickets and it’s raining that day, GO! Water is warm in all pools, you will have fun no matter what weather it is. There is hot tub as...
