went here on saturday may 4th around 5:00 pm and it was honestly disappointing. The people working there should not be in customer service to be honest. I asked for two rice bowls one being the cilantro chicken one and the other being the bbq one. The woman said that the bbq one would be a 8min wait so we decided to just get two cilantro bowls as we didn’t want to wait and we were in a rush. we pulled up to the window and the man handing out food told us the wait would be 5 mins, we agreed and he told us to pull out front. We were waiting for 15 minutes, so i go through the drive through again as like i said i’m in a rush and would like to get out of here asap. We go back and i tell the lady we’ve been waiting 15 minutes and the man told us 5 and instead of saying sorry she ARGUED BACK saying “oh ma’am i said you’d wait 8 mins” even so i waited 15 so im not sure where that logic came from. I told her i’ll wait at the window and so i waited there for another 4 ish minutes and finally it was done, l there was a lady in the other window by now. Overall would not recommend this time hortons these workers are incompetent and are very extremely to understand with a total lack of...
Read moreNot much of one to write bad reviews but very sad to say this is my regular timhortons due to my to work route. Have never had so many issues with one location before. Coffees always good il lsay that, but 90% of the time i get sausage english muffins, the bread is stale dry and inedible. For the last over a week theyve had no points scanner, so i have lost out on 20+ rolls for rutr. And points aswell ontop of that. To top it all off, why im writing this is theft. On sunday i payed for my single XL coffee (2.55) with 2.75, waited for my 20 cents back and they looked at me in discust (3 of them all at the window) andd i stated, just need my change and they rudely said you dont need any. I simply was the bigger man and drove off. Sadley due to convenience ill still be coming here, but never will go out of my way...
Read moreI have gone to this Tim Hortons a few times as I work in the area. I’m not sure if it is an equipment or staff problem, but the food often tastes stale (such as the egg in the bagel belt being tough, or the bagel itself being very dry). In addition, the staff often gets frustrated when you are ordering things from the drive through and make it seem like they do not want you to order too many things, often they sigh or cut you off. Therefore, I stopped going to this location. Instead I go to the Tim Hortons up the hill on the other side of Fraser hwy (just 2 min away). The food I get there is not stale, tastes good, and the...
