We have been coming to Trois Rieveres for work since 2021 and staying extended period of time. We literally dine in every restaurant in Trois Rieveres sometimes twice a day. This place used to be our go to place since their food can be considered as healthy alternative. We used to take out, dine in etc. Owner was also very friendly and helpful as well as her son. She was super welcoming. We usually get the grand size couscous plate, a soup with some appetiser to share and it was enough for 2 people. Today we went for lunch and we ordered 2 grand size couscous platters and I found portions was smaller. She was putting a scoop of each veggies but scoop was like half. Come on don't tried to save money from potato or chickpeas. I said with a very kind manner that their portion were getting smaller. She stop, stair at me and start saying we always put the same size. She was trying show me the plates etc. but I have been here more than 10 times and I took out too. I know the plates. Also I know how this plate serve in Morocco since Morocco is one of my favourite destination as a Turkish. I agreed her and said Okay I am lying to you. She was aggressively arguing with me and I really didn’t want to be a part of. When we were leaving , I asked for container for my husband and she said Ooo you couldn’t finish Then continue and said I called to owner and talked to her, we were putting same size and so on. Come on girl,I do not wanna argue with you. Just say Okay and leave it. She said She is the niece of owner. I might be right or wrong but handling the situation with an anger is not right. Maybe the owner putting more since it was her business and she, as an employee, was doing what she was told to do and I totally understand this but her attitude was wrong. Today it was my last time at...
Read moreWe were on passage and we tried this amazing restaurant. The lady was super nice and welcoming and had a way with the kids. She was kind enough to prepare a special degustation for them so they can choose what they like. The couscous was super delicious and our kids liked it so much. Got jealous they liked it more than our home made one lol. They use different kinds of meat in the same plate which is a plus. The caramelized onions acted like a cherry on the cake. They also have some good varieties of home made...
Read moreYou need to be a Moroccan to get to know that there is nothing in that restaurant that is cooked in a Moroccan way , we got the soup which supposed to have celery and it’s called harira, I’ve never tasted something as tasteless as this harira, and bastila of Chicken that was full of the flavour of the freezer, anyway the food is a mass don’t waste your appetite nor your money there, the owner must reconsider reorganizing the management ,and to be mindful of the...
