Cafe Morgane — Restaurant in Trois-Rivières

My friends and I stopped by Trois-rivieres on our way to Quebec City and we sat at this cafe. It's absolutely cozy and honey AND THE PEOPLE IN THIS CITY ARE SO NICE!!!! In this day and age of 2023, it's surprising that one still has to shell out money for Wi-Fi. To make matters worse, the connection was incredibly poor, forcing me to resort to my mobile network. Pire service à la clientèle. Celle qui nous répond et prendre notre commande semble full blâzée. Elle ne dit pas comme il faut ce qu'on a choisi comme café à la fille qui les prépare. Une chance que j'ai aperçu du coin de l'oeil qu'elle n'utilisait pas du lait sans lactose, comme nous avions demandé. Elle a due recommencer après que j'ai portée à son attention qu'on voulait du lait sans lactose mais que la caissière ne lui avait pas dit.

Avoir du lait sans lactose dans notre cas, ce n'est pas un chichi, mais vraiment une intolérance/allergie au produit laitier. Ça aurait pu être majeur comme répercussions.

La communication entre la caissière et la barista était très mauvaise. La tension entre les 2 filles se ressentait clairement par nous, les clients. Au final, la caissière a fini par patanter nos 2 cafés sans lactose en ajoutant du sirop et de la poudre de chocolat.
