As I entered store my shoes stuck to filthy floor. Everywhere I stepped it was sticky. I looked up to see 4 employees standing and talking and laughing together. They must be getting paid to not work.
Ordered the quinoa rice chicken bowl. After taking it home I noticed lettuce was black and wilted. Only a few small pieces were ok.
The muffins and donuts did not look appetizing. I passed. I only hope that the food I ate stays in my belly tonight.
I hope Tim's has some kind of management who oversees operations. The door should be locked with a DO NOT ENTER SIGN!! I will not eat here again!!

Read moreBeen here twice in the past 6 months and i thought the first time was just a bad fluke.
Nope.
This is really bad. It took almost 30mins to serve 4 people, both times. Employees do not know how to make the menu, to the point where my party (a kitchen crew) could have jumped the counter, served the whole drive-thru lineup, ourselves and the customers that were behind us in about half the time it took for 4 simple wrap-and-coffee orders.
5 stars for atmosphere though, other customers were at least laughing at this...
