Ok...my first time here and it just opened too so I'm hoping it gets better. First, the drive through is in the middle of the parking lot of the mall. People were trying to access it from different directions. Unfortunately someone line jumped me which sucked but whatever. The line up towards the drive through had traffic driving through it because it is a confusing mess. Second issue is the 60 minute....yes 1 complete hour from when I pulled up, to when I drove out from the drive through. That is incredibly slow service. I've heard people complaining about how busy it is there, but that was NOT busy. There were 5 cars in front of me. 5 cars, 60 minutes. Please tell me management will do something significant to speed up service. When I paid for the order, I was told they'd bring my order when it was made. Huh? They never even started my order until I paid for it? Luckily the girl Ari was absolutely sweet and respectful. She apologized and I asked if she liked working there. She does! Then another gal gave us the order and apologized for the ridiculous wait. ( my word not hers) I didn't get her name but thumbs up to her too. The food was soooo yummy.    Read moreI recently went through the Mary Brown’s drive thru to grab a Batter Box for dinner. I quickly checked the bag to make sure the gravy was included since I was headed to Malagash from Truro with a toddler. When we sat down to eat, I was a little surprised by the smaller portion sizes, especially the wings. To make matters worse, the chicken was pretty salty, and the gravy tasted burnt. I’ve been an occasional customer since the location opened, visiting a couple of times, 4 times max a month, and while I’ve had a few hiccups in the past, I’ve always just come back to mention them. This time, though, I didn’t have time to pop back in, so I wanted to share my thoughts here instead. I’ll definitely keep coming back, but I hope this feedback can help improve things for next time.

   Read moreMy wife and I ordered Big Mary combo to share...i asked if they could cut the sandwich in half to share and was told no problem...when we got our meal, the Big Mary was not cut in half..My wife mentioned it to an employee in front who in turn asked her colleague who was reluctant to do so even indicating that she had no knife...while saying this, she laughed at my wife, mocking her for asking for this request for others to hear and see. I am from Nfld. and was a fan of Mary Brown's since the beginning. This behavior by the staff at the Truro store was ridiculous and those who made long time patrons feel terrible should be held accountable.
