I have been to this location 3 times and twice I had to return because they messed my order up. Last night was one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I should have checked by bag before leaving to make sure everything was there and I did not. Upon arriving home I realized again they had messed my order up. They messed it up so bad half the items weren't there and the other half was wrong. I was not happy especially since the cashier forced a big Mary on me when I didn't even want it. I got it simply to make her stop pushing the special on me as she didn't understand NO. Upon return about a half hour later they had my bad waiting there as they had told me they had mixed the orders up as there were 3 other Mike's in the restaurant at the time Funny thing was there was me and a woman there when I ordered. I Explained the situation and I didn't want the food that I paid for a half hour ago and I would like a new order made up. She rolled her eyes at me. I had brought the incorrect food back as well and she asked me if I was keeping that and I said no as it was mainly wrong. She grabbed it out of my hand and tossed it in the garbage abruptly. I then asked for my money back and told her I was going to go somewhere else. Again an eye roll and she yelled back to the kitchen he doesn't want anything now. I understand mistakes can be made but how they are handled speaks volumes. This was not handled correctly and I won't be returning for a fourth time. Read moreI visited this Mary browns branch today for take-out, I ordered a 5 piece tenders and taters (and other things for my partner). I watched the ‘supervisor’ (who took my order) box up my food and relay back what was in the bag. I drove 25 minutes home to see that they actually gave me a box of 5 desert pies? I called the branch to explain and was told they would call back in 20 minutes, however they did not. I called again and he tried to say the same thing. When I eventually spoke to the supervisor, he said there was nothing he could do about it and they wouldn’t/couldn’t deliver, no offer of a coupon or refund. He had the receipt number and everything. Person taking my order asked if I wanted a drink with my order, I said no, they repeated "no drink, ok". Then charged me for a drink + tax + deposit. The taters/chips/whatever were so bad i was looking for the hidden camera, thought it may have been a comedy show. Most of them were rounded "ends" of potatoes, black from rot or burned or both. Dry, flavorless (except for burned char and salt). Inedible by even the lowest standards. The charge was a whopping $19.
