We ordered a bison burger and a salmon burger. Both were awesome and the fries were great too. Of the 2, I think I was more pleasantly surprised by the Bison burger that I stole a bite from from my husband, but I don't regret my choice of the salmon burger either. Most memorable for me was how good their bannock bread works as a burger bun. It is just a little more chewy than burger buns, making them hold their shape better. But they were still very soft and easy to bite into. I had the salmon burger and clam/salmon chowder from the Songhees Food Truck, and it was amazing! Update: Stopped by again, this time for their hot turkey sandwich. OMG!!! It was absolutely perfect! Amazing gravy, perfectly cooked and seasoned turkey, delicious stuffing, and cranberries on a nicely toasted bannock. SO GOOD!!!
