True to its name, this is a cosy small place on Dunbar. Definitely there is a HK cafe influence. They serve all day breakfast, and some Chinese staples like fried rice, chow mein, wonton noodle soup, and spring rolls. Also on the menu is chicken wings, sandwiches, burgers and shakes. I ordered a veggie.sandwich, a slice french toast, poached egg, and a coffee. Service could be better though as I had to ask for water and coffee refill. To be fair however, the place seems understaffed with one server and one cook. The business would do well to add one more person especially to help with unloading supplies from the truck etc. Ambience is nice with calm soothing Asian spa type music and hand paintings. Total was $25 all incl tips but this is one of the posh areas in town, and the quantity was good. Dine in is open, and they have clean washrooms. Cash and cards both accepted. Would recommend.

This little hideaway has the best food. They offer all day breakfast, at a reasonable price and the best asian food. We always have chicken chow mein or the pad thai. They make homemade milkshakes that are absolutely delicious and we always finish our meal with one, the blueberry is a favorite, the banana is great as well. The staff is great, very friendly and always smiling. The lady in the kitchen has her 2 daughters working there as well. The 2 sisters are a great asset to this cozy little place. I highly recommend this awesome place, for great food and fantastic service. YUM YUM YUM!!

The breakfast is served fresh, granted, everything is tasty and proper. However steeply overpriced, and somewhat falsely advertised in terms of quantity of what's on the menu and what arrives on your plate. 3 eggs turn to 2, 3 strips of bacon become 2, fruit salad out from economy brand tin can, etc. This place reeks of high profit margin, likely run by a realtor. I would still eat here as the food is absolutely at or above standard. But the quotient of cost for value is off mark. What you see in these images was total $33 after tax. Welcome to Vancouver? Yah, I guess so.

Perfect place! Cozy environment and friendly servers with super tasty food! I’ll give 6.5 stars out of 5 FOR BREAKFAST - around the end of 2021

Ok guys things changed after 7 months around, I doubt that this place is only breakfast-friendly. I went here again around 5:30 pm last week JUST FOR SNACKS so I ordered the cheapest one on the menu which is 4pac wonton soup, the waitress told me all customers had to spend at least 15 dollars during dinner period. With the WORST attitude I have met since I came to Vancouver, she served me my dish. Before that, I heard the “ding” of microwave. Also, she argued with a delivery guy about the delivery guy seemed impatient but the guy just stepped into the store for 1 SECOND. I really don’t want nor like to judging people by their appearance, but the server really just focusing on herself and her stuffs and this is ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND...

I have been craving a good patty melt for what feels like a decade. I took a chance ordering delivery from them. Read the reviews and it seemed like this establishment had a lot dedicated and loyal customers over the years. It also seemed like they cared about how they packaged things according to review. I'm not finished eating it yet, but I'm already mourning now have another one. I also ordered the monte cristo for later. Having returned from a family reunion where I had a monte cristo for the first time in years, too. I was looking specifically for a restaurant that could make it. I have no doubt the quality will be amazing when I warm it up again. Thanks Cosy Inn Cafe! I can see why you have return customers. Keep up that care, it shows through your food. I'd take a picture, but I already ate half...
