Never order from this location!!! (2083 Dundas street) unless you don't mind waiting for more than an hour to get your pizza.
I placed an order around 11:30 and did not get my pizza until 12:45 It's way passed my lunch break at work. I called twice to make sure my pizza was made and delivered. The first call was made at 12:25 and was told that the driver was on the way and will be there in few minutes and the second call was at 12:38 which never get picked up. The driver showed up at the door at 12:45 and I asked him is there a reason why the delivery was so late and he only told me "I don't know!" Without any explanation and apologies. What kind of pizza made on earth takes more than an hour to be delivered? It wasn't even a huge order. It's a freaking 12 inch medium pizza! And when I check the tracker it shows PREP the entire time. I would never order from this location...
Read moreAs a diehard, East Vanner who grew up with little billy's, romano's, trocadero's ( still there and fantastic), I need to comment on domino's as my nieces insisted on it the other night. Irrespective of what it says on their BS deal flyers, there is always a $5.00 delivery charge even if you live next door ....laughter. Anyways, the food. A derogatory term we grew up with for people who could not recognize really good European cuisine was called a "manja-cake". If your over the age of 17 and still think this is good pizza, you are a level 5, manja - cake and do not belong in East Vancouver..... these are grounds to have you moved to coquitlam where there are many others like you. The equivelant of Mcdonalds, this is fast food where nothing on the menu should be over $20 and should come with a warning on what will happen if you eat too much of it. I'm just...
Read morei've been ordering at this location for approximately 13 years? I usually order from the app. it's Typically the exact same order. Once in a blue moon they decide to phone me..buzz up to my apartment....knock on my door and they didn't bring the order. for some unknown reason they want to confirm that I am actually making an order. The kicker is. I've never ever made a false order and there's no reason to be phoning me, coming to my door to confirm the order before making the order and delivering it. in my mind this is complete nonsense and lunatic behavior. I would understand if it was a huge monetary amount and they had to question the order? But it's a couple of pastas and a couple of pizzas not...
