Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Vancouver

First off I love Panago Pizza but today I received one of the worst pizzas they have ever made. I will not order from this location again. Pizza arrived half cooked. It was very doughy. I popped it in the oven and when it looked good I took it out. I began to eat it only to realize it had absolutely no taste. If you're like me and you save your calories for a pizza at the end of the week this was a major disappointment. The crust had no taste the sauce had no taste the cheese had no taste. There's absolutely no taste. They completely forgot garlic. I gave the rest to my dogs. The pizza was made as if the Creator had never eaten a pizza before. Absolutely disgusting. I emailed customer care at Panago and they told me to follow up with Uber LOLOL that's how much they care about the quality of the food. It was garbage. Redesign your website please. At first i thought my mom was having trouble ordering because of her lack of experience with tech, but even I had an infuriating time with just trying to complete a single order. I'm only notified that the ingredient of a certain pizza is out of stock when i finish entering in all the delivery info. They don't tell you which pizza it is for some reason. What's more, is that YOU HAVE TO RE-ENTER YOUR INFO EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE YOUR ORDER, CHANGE DELIVERY/PICKUP OPTIONS OR WHEN YOU SWITCH TO ANOTHER PAGE AS A GUEST. The street address doesn't automatically pop up for you, but the unit # and other info is already there, which led to massive confusion from my mom since she was trying to find out where to input street information. You have to input the city name and select the city from the dropdown so that you'll be able to enter your street address when it finally pops up. Have had them make mistakes before but this time was very different, and I will not be going back here for awhile. Ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese, when it gets here, it only has one layer of cheese, so I call them up and they told me no problem we'll fix it for you.
