Tetra Films — Local services in Vancouver

This company is absolutely fantastic to deal with. I work for a Canadian manufacturer of industrial equipment, and we had a Canadian made solution that we wanted to promote on our various social media channels. I work in Toronto, our customer's factory was in Vancouver. After shopping around, I selected Tetra Films because Brice was up front and easy to deal with, giving me a quote that was easy to understand and competitive. We had a few telephone calls, and Tetra was good to go.

When the customer was ready for the Tetra Film crew, I couldn't even be in Vancouver. I waited by the phone all day for a call for clarification or information, but I never got one. Brice and his crew had absorbed all of the information I had given them about what I wanted, to the point that they never called me.

Then, the first rough cut by their editor, a man I had never spoken to, and who had no prior understanding of our product beyond the marketing literature I had emailed, was already 90% of the way complete, and better than I'd have dared hope. I just picked footage I liked and footage I didn't. Thofiq took my comments and took his own initiative and the end result was fantastic.

Since then we've used them for 3 other projects. The videos have received thousands of views, and generated leads for our products. Very highly recommended.
