I used to order to this place with no problem and always had good, tasty food and i i will not take that away from them, they make the food exactly the way the franchise intends it to.

But now today i call and i seem to be speaking with a 12 years old girl (from the way she was clumsy and not knowing the basic menu and making me repeat the phone number several time) i ended up hanging up after realising she had not even taken the right order in despite me slowly stating it three times for her to listen. Please change your order lady, i i really liked this place if it wasnt for the utmost INCOMPETENCE of your order lady. Seriously. Is she even at a legal age to work in canada? i i was under the impression to be speaking with a young child over the phone, taking my order in the most clumsy...

Je ne sais pas ce qui ces passe à ce restaurant qui était très bon autrefois ,jsi beaucous à dire nous somme le 8 mars moi et ma conjointe avons arrêter ver les 19H trio shia taouk pour moi et petit bol pour enfant à ma femme verdict 1 le monsieur a notre arriver était à l'extérieur coller sur la porte d'entrer un air battu avec des gant de caoutchou bleu à fummer une cigarette qui empestait l'entrer ,nous avons décidez d'entrer pareille,la porte d'entrer extérieur et intérieur dégueulasse 2- on s'approche du comptoir la nourriture nous parrais correct sans plus une jeune femme blonde nous accueille elle a une casquette les. Cheveux très Louse jusqu'au epaule on natten son bonsoir mais rien , l'autre monsieur rentre avec ces gant touche à la porte vas sassir en arrière près du comptoir prend son cellulaire regarde des vidéo oups ce lève s'empresse de venir nous facturer notre repas il repart en arrière de la cuisine ce touche le visage il réapparaît après 3 minute sûrement été au toilette toujours les même gant, un nouveaux client rentre trio shik taouk il manipule son trio avec ces gant bleu ,il ressent que je le regarde ce lave les main très rapidement gardé les même gant ,la jeune femme me regarde je lui dis d'autre betterave dans mon pain car elle n'avait que mis 1 son travail est fais très peux de sauce à lail , et pratiquement rien à l'intérieur pour ma femme son bol pas trop poulet le monsieur ce lève prend le bole pendant que ça collègue la jeune femme ce rassis avec ces gant elle aussi à toucher à son cellulaire. Nous mangon. Froid poulet sec pas de sauce à l'intérieur pratiquement ma femme ne peux finir son bol et pour cause et les betrave aucun goût et dur , je me lève je dois parler très fort pour me faire entendre je veux une paille pour ma boisson .nous quittons pas de bonsoir et merci CONSTAT et MOT FINAL je dois dire à tout le monde qui suis mes avis que je suis une personne très honnête et juste et je n'invente e rien mais EVITEZ CE AMIR A TOUT PRIS !! NI ALLEZ PAS CES SALE ET LES EMPLOYER NON AUCUNE IGYENE ET DE RESPECT DES LOI CONCERNANT LA PROPRETÉ ENVER EUX MEME (FILLET) ET MAIN ET VITRE DALIMENT ET PORTE PRiNCIPAL CRASSEUX NI ALLEZ PAS . Ce restaurant AMIR était pour temp le meilleur voila 2 ans 3 ans qu'es qui ces passée?.plus jammais...

I used the toogoodtoogo app where you’re supposed to get the end of night food options at a discounted price. The value of each meal was 21$ . I always give a restaurant 3 chances before making a review and I hardly ever do . But this was ridiculous. If you’re going to give people your trash or scraps because it’s at a discount then don’t do it at all . I ordered over 6 total meals and 4 out of 6 were without question ready for trash . I suggest that they remove themselves from that application. And I do not suggest anyone order from them through any discount service. They will without a doubt treat you like it . Maybe they would have treated us better if we payed full price but I’ll never know . Go to the Amir near st Charles instead much...
