I ordered about $90 of food from here delivered by Uber , I received my food and I don’t know what the heck they did, it was as if they took the fries out of the fryer with a shovel and scooped the whole thing in the bag with half a gallon of the fryers oil without draining it at least the minimum, it was on edible my hands where filled of oil my cloths got ruined from touching the bag, that I have to say was the first time I’ve ever seen something like this just look at the pictures You guys, who ever served that had to be mentally challenged, or simply a moron. . . UPDATE SINCE REVIEW LEFT:
this woman Lina left a reply below asking me to contact her as if they where wiling to make up for this poor excuse of food, so I did contact her just to be told that because the food was ordered through Uber eats they couldn’t do anything for me and I should contact Uber eats, oh and she finished by saying good luck to you, wow LOL as I am and everyone else aware off, is that Uber doesn’t make the food just delivers it so why should I have to complain to Uber, they did there jobs by delivering it to me, anyways I guess the customer satisfaction department at Salvatore’s is just as good as the food quality….. which is simply none existant, I for one will never give them my money ever again, they have just lost one customer, after that lousy meal I’m sure I won’t be the last, final comment, OVER PRICED AND DISGUSTING FOOD SERVED BY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES AND USELESS SATISFACTION DEPARTMENT….yeah good luck to you right back at you.

Read moreThis review is based on my experience with the delivery driver. I pre paid by online for the food, but didn't add a tip so I could leave one in person base on the quality service from our delivery.
Well, it wasn't great at all. Driver arrived, open bag for me, looked at me with a sour look. I had to get my food from the bag myself (not an issue for me). The poutine I ordered was side way inside the bag. Picked my things out of the bag and when finally did, the driver muffle the commented "No Tips ?!" and storm off while commented in his birth language loudly (didn't sound nice neither). I'm just standing at my door frame, hands full. Didn't have time drop my things on a table him a give a tip. Was astonished how in a hurry he was to leave thinking I wouldn't tip and possibly swearing me in his birth language. We always leave a tip in person. I felted bad, but in the end, ended up be glad for not tipping. The bag had possibly being be picked up side way to maybe lower down my delivery experience base on judgements from my no tip after ordering.
If the management or owner would like to ping point the delivery driver and have talk with him. It was a aged men in his 60's possibly. The night of September 25th 2025.
Thankfully, the food was good. But would order in a different way so would not live the experience again. If I order and have the same experience again. I will just order elsewhre...
Read moreThe most horrible service. Charged us for the new pizza with prosciutto and aragula and the two times we ordered it they forgot to put the toppings. They were supposed to reimburse us because the cashier said she had no idea hot to do it and I am still waiting for the reimbursement. Second time we ordered it the again forgot the toppings and they charged my so no at the door for another order while I paid online for ours. The delivery guy said “”oh I’m sorry, no clue how to do a refund and left” I tried to call and the central couldn’t reach the restaurant told me to call back in 10min. My son had to go directly to the restaurant in order to get his reimbursement and still got said that they can’t do reimbursement until the manager is there and it will be reimbursed in 48 hours.
