McDonald's — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

So I normally stop at McDonald's in the morning via drive through but this morning I decided to go inside to get my coffee and meal. I stood at the center waiting to pay for my meal after I ordered off of the big screens Mc Donald's provides now.i waited nearly 20 minutes and did not get my food nor did anyone ask me why I was waiting and the manager saw me sta.ding there the whole time after 17 minutes one of the workers looked at me and said we are waiting for more hash browns to be made but I watched 11 orders go through the drive through and I didn't even get my coffee while I wait .my message to McDonald's is this if your prioritize the drive through then just close the inside restaurant it's ridiculous and management doesn't care .I have to mention that I was the only one inside the restaurant besides two people that came in after me and one was served before me .picture proof of my order will be following this review thanks for no morning meal this morning you guys drop the ball hard-core. Disturbing Hygene issue here - Observed female staff member not washing hands after using the toilet as my 5 year old needed help using the soap dispenser and sink. Staff member immediately entered cooking area. This is not good !!!!

Also , they took away self-serve soda fountain and do not do refils like other McD do refils if there is no soda fountain. No coffee refils either.

The only good thing for kids is the inside play zone.

I also noticed at times they punch out the order numbers and don't serve you. I don't know if this is monitored to fool the analytics / statistics system on fast service ???

Note for takeout - make sure you have what you need. 50% they don't put napkins, sauces for McNugets, straws, and Ketchup.

Sometimes inside is messy and totally neglected for hours on end, including mens bathroom...
