update i finally was able to get hold of the manager, he was very apologetic and corrected the issue for a future visit. I've put it to 3*'s and will update again after my next visit. Lesson learnt is to open every box and check everything before leaving the restaurant.

update 2 They have really corrected from the original post, my last visit ( been a few times since the original post) was so insanely good that I've completely forgiven the original experience. The level of organization and communication between the 2 staff that day was the best I've seen from any fastfood restaurant in years! Amazing turn around

Visitors beware, The staff has completely given up!

I hadn't been in a while but I remember the first time I went, what an amazing experience. Yesterday, the complete opposite! I ordered online as to make sure they had time to prepare the order, (there was only 1 other customer when I arrived) wasn't complicated, 3 chicken taco's identical, 2 more shrimp with identical toppings, 1 steak taco. I got 3 shrimp and 3 chicken....fine, mistakes happen (can be forgiven). I also ordered a side of 4oz guac, I specifically asked to make sure it was there when I arrived to pick up the order. I was told it was in the bag with the chips...got home, no guac! He knew it wasn't there, there is absolutely no way he didn't, I saw him pack the carry out bag! The chip bag was stappled close, either he put it in or he didn't. We took 3 trio's....got 1 small bag of chips, I think it's safe to assume that he forgot the other 2, and he would have sent me without salsa if I hadn't asked as well. A complete lack of care or concern for the client. I called back and I'm still waiting on a manager or owner to return my call, nobody is answering the phone today and there is no way for me to know if the same incompetent employee actually wrote down my information.

Another great place lost to a less then ideal employee. Somebody needs to be fired, I can forgive mistakes, not...

Good food at a good price. I liked that for the "Mexican corn" dish, they actually roasted the corn in the pan right when you order it. There are just a couple of tweaks that I would recommend to make it a bit more authentic. Like if you can't find chili lime salt for the Mexican corn, which I wish you could get more of than just the tiny bowl, maybe try roasting the corn with a bit of lime juice and having a tomatillo salsa would be a great option for customers. I'm used to getting my big build your own burritos from Moe's Southwest Grill in the states and while Mucho doesn't have as many topping choices, their beef barbacoa is pretty darn delicious and I like the addition of Cotija cheese. I've had one from Quesada and I was a little disappointed with how it was more on the dry side but not the case with Mucho. Very satisfied with the size and taste. I just wish they had fountain drinks instead of cans though. If you're an SPC cardholder, make sure to show your card. You get free tortilla chips and salsa when you order...

For over three years I stopped here in the evening almost every Saturday to eat dinner before heading back to Ottawa after doing deliveries for my iwn company. When the government enforced vaccine passports I was no longer able to come in. Once they were dropped I was excited to once again to be able to enjoy a nice meal after a 12 hour day working and then having to do the 2 hour drive back. I cannot wear a mask and upon my first visit back I explained that to the young lady working there and she refused to serve me so the other young lady stepped up and served me and was very friendly and as I was always accustomed to. Tonight was my second time on again and the same young lady asked about my mask and I explained again I could not wear one due to and exemption and she then proceeded to help the other customer then asked what my exemption was for. I polititley told her I did not have to share that information for which told me rudley I had to leave and she would not serve me. I am disappointed and will never come...
