Pizzéria Napolitaine NO.900 - Vaudreuil — Restaurant in Vaudreuil-Dorion

I visited this restaurant on July 4th. The waiter was extremely attentive and efficient. However, he told us that the white wine on the menu (by the glass) was not available so he brought 3 types of white wine from his private stock for us to choose from. The wine that we chose was really not good and he didn't think it was important to mention that it was $18 plus tax per glass. I ordered a gluten free pizza. The waiter was so kind that I didn't have the heart to tell him that I thought it was awful. I ate the pizza but a store-bought frozen pizza is 100 times better than the gluten free pizza at this restaurant. I recommend they take this crust that tastes like cardboard off the menu. Further, the pizza was very small with hardly any toppings. My pizza was supposed to contain sausage yet my friend and I laughed because we could not see even the smallest piece of sausage. It's hard to believe but the crust on both of our pizzas was also burned. PS. This is the first time in my life that I have complained about a restaurant experience.

In response to your reply to my review....My bill number is #172382-3. We were told that no white wine on the menu was available by the glass. The waiter had us taste 3 different white wines from the private collection. They were honestly not very good but we chose the most acceptable of the three choices. My bill says 2 VB PIEVALI VERDI-v ....I paid for two glasses at $18.00 plus tax each. I am a very unsatisfied customer and will unfortunately not be recommending your restaurant to anyone I know. Went there when the opened today at 11:30am. The waiter was perfect. He first asked if we had been here before (my friend hadn't) he explain all the love and care that goes into the food. For me, that set the atmosphere- as if I had traveled to Italy (and it was 35°C today, so that helped too) We asked if they had any cocktails - and luckily for us they had just invented a new refreshing one, it was absolutely to die for! They still need a name for it - my personal suggestion is Freedom! It was a blissful drink! Next our group ordered the antipasti platter to start. Something for everyone, and you can taste the love that went into it. The server was constantly ontop of filling our water glasses (we sat on the patio) and offered us more bread with the platter as we were many at the table. So sweet! I felt taken care of. I make my own sourdough bread often, and this bread was amazing quality! I rarely eat out, as I make really good food, and this restaurant impressed me on ALL levels, well almost. My ice coffee was a little weak for my taste but it was good overall! My pizza was excellent. And the chocolate hazelnut mousse was luxurious! I told my husband we need to come here regularly oder me a freedom drink, pizza and mousse - it's like I died and went to food heaven! Simply put what a horrible experience with this place. We ordered four pizzas and four cannolis. The smoked meat pizza came with five Speckles of smoke meat on the pizza it was horrific I have never seen this in my life and the other pizzas had no toppings. Please do not support this restaurant. We contacted them and they said this was normal there are other places that will give you a spectacular Pizza. The cannolis are the mini ones for 3$ ch and they were scattered in the box and all of the stuffing came out on the the Box. We went back and show them the pictures of what we received and they were not accommodating I will never return to this place. When I went in originally I sat down and had a good service now it was extremely horrific please do not support this place and tell your friends about it I wish I can post pictures so you can actually see what I was served you would be disgusted.
