The food is excellent. It’s often very busy, therefore, it does take some time to get the food. Most of the staff is very friendly and kind.

This evening, I was kind of disappointed with the service of the cashier. He was next to the manger and had a non chaland attitude and didn’t want to speak French at all. He persisted and only answered in English with a stubborn look on his face. For context, I am bilingual, however, my husband spoke French first since it his mother tongue, therefore, that’s why we initially spoke in French to the cashier. Other than the cashier, the rest of the staff was excellent and bilingual too.

Furthermore, I recommend the 2 flavours BBQ and Volcano mixed for the chicken. It’s very tasty and savoury, their chicken is always very fresh and perfectly cooked on the grill. Their sauces are very savoury and complement the other ingredients as well. I love the food here !

Location: They have a little seating area, however, it isn’t very comfortable to sit and dine because it’s small and very often it’s crowded. It’s better to take the food and go eat at home or in the car if...

I love this place. Their chicken bowl is my biggest craving. Their portions, flavors definitely justify the prices. We eat poulet rouge pretty much every 2nd week. Their staff is very well trained and they are fast.Shoutout to the tall guy with the glasses I think he’s the manager. Umm he’s the best. Once by mistake I ordered something else thn my usual(Oopsie). He replaced it with what I wanted. Idk why there’s negative comments. Because for me and all of my friends and coworkers this is the best place to eat on a random Tuesdays or Friday evenings. I’ve never heard anyone saying negative about this restaurant. ( I was definitely sad you guyz removed spinach out of the menu🫠 like come on please...

This place has gone downhill fast, maybe success has gone through the head. After ordering maybe 50 times since they opened, I am definitely not going there as often anymore. Today I ordered Vege bowl.and the guy screwed up my order saying I didn't order veggie.. but rice bowl....As a life long vegetarian who has been here so many times I know what I order. This wouldn't have matter, but he will literally argue with me 3 times instead of just accepting minor error on his part. Plus some of the staff was just annoyed seeing me there. Fortunately the girl cooking the order was nice and took care of it. I went for dine in but decided to take out after watching...
