Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Vaughan

I went there yesterday with my friend has bad experience.

The lady at counter is rude. Had her ear phones on talking on the phone, in her language and trying to take our order.

Was hard to order when she talking on the phone in her language and trying take are order.

She screwed up both are orders and then she said we'll you open up sub

How we're wee supposed to know you screw up order your on your phone

She has attitude and talking on the phone while...

I've been coming to this Mr Sub since I was a teenager. This location is always clean and tidy the restrooms are always clean. The food is always top notch and fresh. I can honestly say I've never had an issue at this location. The staff is always friendly and the level of customer service far surpasses what someone would expect from a chain restaurant. Highly recommend this location. Parking is plentiful and on weekends...

I've been twice in the past couple of months, and both times I've experienced slow and awful customer service. Also, both times I've been pushed to the back of the line because of a skip the dishes guy AFTER I've been already waiting upwards of 10 minutes. This place has gone down hill in the past couple of years and I will be making sure to let everyone know what a garbage and awful place this has become....
