Horrible food. I ate here once about 3 years ago and always remembered the delicious taste and said if I was ever in the area I’d go here again.. What a mistake that was! Don’t know if it’s Covid aftermath or what but the quality went completely down the drain. First off, I placed an online order for about $65 which said “ready in 20” but I myself planned to be there in 30 minutes bc I don’t think it would be ready in twenty. I did get a call after 30 minutes saying it’s ready, and I let him know I’m on the way anyways. I got there, and the food was not ready as in not packed, but lined up. I did place an on the spot order for more fries, but I asked the worker to give me the rest of my food as a I already paid and I could look through it in the meantime. He said okay, but didn’t give it. Also, talk about unfriendly and sad-looking workers.. not even a greeting, and when you walk in there were two guys, not even at/behind the counter and there is no way to get attention either, like a bell or something. Anyways, so I stood there waiting for my fries for about 7-8 minutes, and somehow the guy STILL forgot my extra sauces that I paid for. Like what.. how is this order considered ready? I even asked him to give me my other things and he just completely ignored my request. I called and had to drive back just for sauce. And on his mistake, did not even offer anything like an extra sauce or something to compensate. Terrible customer service. Now let’s move on to the food- I paid for all my sandwiches to be extra saucy. I believe it’s a .55c charge. Each one was DRY. Forget extra, seems like they didn’t even put a normal amount. Like why have a charge for every small thing (even ketchup packets!!!) if you can’t FULFILL it?! Ridiculous. Thanks for 100% making sure your customers don’t return. Idk what changed in those years, but whatever did, this place took a giant step backwards. Zero stars are...
Read moreParadise Shawarma is the best place to go for excellent food, great customer service and overall value.
I've ordered a few different items from here and all were excellent. All of their shawarma plates have a great balance of fresh ingredients and great flavour. For anyone who loves spicy food, you have to try their special hot sauce.
A personal favourite of mine aside from the chicken shawarma plate is the chicken shish taouk plate which comes with large pieces of chicken rather than shredded chicken.
For any vegetarians, I would recommend the falafel wrap which was delicious and filling.
If you are looking to get dessert, try their baklava. The baklava is fresh and soft.
At Paradise Shawarma, you get large portions for the amount that you pay. With low prices and large quantities of food, you can't go wrong.
I first discovered Paradise Shawarma through the Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes Apps. However, after deciding to go into the restaurant, I am glad I did because I was able to meet the team behind the food. It was a pleasure to meet the owners who care so much about the quality and service provided to customers. It was great meeting you guys!
Keep up the great work! I look forward to trying more items...
Read moreAfter years of combating stress, anxiety, and depression, I thought there was nothing left to live for. I was in a dark place and I was hopeless for anything to get better. Well, that all changed after I had Paradise Shawarma.
After having their delectable and angelic food, my mind and taste buds ascended to a higher plane. I now preach and shout the good word off the rooftops about this place. They have given me a reason to live again. Paradise Shawarma literally saved my life.
They could not have chosen a more appropriate name. When you take a bite of their slightly charred chicken, oozing with juices mixed with the addictive garlic and hot sauce, with the perfectly cooked rice with a tiny hint of a discreet coconut flavor - the textures are enough to put you in Paradise.
Not to mention, the workers there treat you like you are their brethren. They are the salt of the earth and I have never met anyone like these saints. I pity any human being who has not been blessed with the opportunity of feasting on...
