Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Vaughan

Came to this location with my girlfriend's family for her nephew's 10th birthday to have a quick meal after a trip to the Ninja's indoor playground. We were a group of 15 including 8 children. Her brother had spoken with the owner prior with regards to bringing the group here for a quick meal in advance and placed the pizza orders. I was appalled by the level of disrespect and contempt that the owner showed her family, who had ordered a number of large pizzas for the group, once we arrived. I would go as far as suggesting that a certain level of "undertones" were exhibited in his attitude towards us. The owner was muttering things constantly just loud enough for us to hear. His biggest gripe apparently (despite being told in advance that our group would be there) was that it was lunch hour and it is an extremely busy time to sell pizzas. Note that the for a majority of the 15-20min that we were there to get a meal for the kids, the place was completely empty aside from us (with only a couple customers picking up pizza at least certain times). To have endured this disrespectful behavior for what I consider to be average pizza was ridiculous. My biggest regret is the money spent by her family for those pizzas. This was a win for the owner who earned money despite his foul attitude towards her family. We will be sure to never visit this or any other...

Ordered a walk in special with pepperoni , chicken well done. I ordered regular crust and they literally stretched my crust to save dough that my crust was thinner than a thing crust.. not to mention the pepperoni wasnt even cooked and was literally still raw on the pizza. Pepperoni ususally has a crisp to it this one was literally like eating bologna. It took awhile to cook so im confused at to why it came out like this. i demand a refund for my purchase or I will report this further. Disgusting habit of robbing customers we pay for our pizza GIVE US OUR PIZZA do not try to rob our dough and toppings seriously! A pizza has cheese! They put cheese only in the spots where there arent any toppings. Pizza nova use to be a fav but in the past 2 years i noticed a decline because of the kind of employees working there. WE ALSO FOUND A PIECE OF PLASTOC...

Highway 7 and Kipling location! A lot of red slices and the ones that have cheese don't have a lot of it! Out of 7 slices only one tasted like pizza, the others like focaccia. For almost$30 for a party pepperoni would it hurt to put at least$5 of cheese? Ain't going back and as a food inspector once said, if the washroom is dirty chances are the kitchen is dirty too. The grunt that worked there certainly didn't look clean and when the pizza was done he said party pizza and knocked on the counter like some Neanderthal cave man that he resembles. I guess those are the kind of people that accept those kind of low skill labor jobs. I know the employee didn't ask for what he got but the manager should see that and teach him how to be social, unless that was the manager 😄.Now what to do with this remaining...
