I went through the drive through last night asking for a medium iced brown sugar latte with espresso cold foam. When I pulled up, the lady hands me something that looked like an entire drink of milk with a shot of espresso (the colour drink was completely off and there was no cold foam either). I took a sip, and of course, this was nothing what we ordered. So we drive back to drive through and tell the lady. She assures us that she put 5-6 pumps of brown sugar. When I ask her where the cold foam is? She says its in the bottom of the drink. Now, this is common sense. Cold foam should be on top of the drink not at the bottom. Even if she did, there was none, bcuz the drink was a watery consistency as a whole. So if she did put foam, you’d know because the foam would be frothy and creamy looking. So, it was shocking that this worker didn’t even have common knowledge on that. So when we tell her our drink is clearly wrong. She sits there saying what do you want me to do? She didn’t offer any solution. We ask to remake the drink and I guess this was a mistake, because she makes it, and it tasted even worse than the first time. I also thought it was weird she asked for our first drinks back. So not only did she mess up two times, her customer service was also pathetic. I should be refunded for the drinks she gave me! Read moreI did not get these items for free. I ordered one pizza, several Timbits, three drinks, and two Crispy Chickens. When I got back to my car and checked, both Crispy Chicken buns were completely burnt. I asked for a replacement and also ordered another pizza. But when I returned to my car, I realized they just rewrapped the same burnt buns and gave them back to me without fixing anything. We didn’t ask again. My five-year-old had to rip off all the burnt buns just to eat. The burgers were cold, and after coming straight from the airport, we were too hungry and tired to fight about it anymore.
The people working in the kitchen need to have a conscience. Nobody pays money to eat food that looks like it could cause cancer. Their shameless actions are a disgrace both as workers and as representatives of this store. The local Tim Hortons manager must take responsibility and properly train the staff. This was not free food, and yet I left feeling extremely upset and angry.
If nothing changes here, I see absolutely no reason to come back when there are plenty of other Tim Hortons locations around. Wake up and take this seriously!!

Read moreI visit this location almost everyday as it is the closest to my home. It's disappointing when your order is incorrect half of the time which is always the case every week. If it's not a problem with the food, it's the coffee tasting terrible. I will say that the employees in the morning are very nice, however they rush when taking your order and do not communicate well with each other. Anytime I have gone in the evening after rush hour, I have never had any issues. This seems to be an issue only during the busier times in the morning and lunch.
A new year and nothing has changed. Called customer support like I was advised to and all they did was give me a free coffee. Ridiculous. The drive through is probably the worst in the area for mornings and lunch. Evening staff is great. Today after spending $18.12 , food was completely wrong. The staff try to rush you through drive through. I called the store this time and was told to speak with Sam, who is the manager when I return. I really don't think it will make a difference at this point. I would like a refund as well as some sort of credit for wasting my time. This location may want to consider...
