Our visit to this establishment was planned for January 8. Two weeks prior to that date, we called twice to book a table and confirm if there would be a DJ. The girl (unfortunately, I didn’t ask for her name) assured us that the music would start at 9 PM. Let me repeat: we were told twice that the music would start at 9 PM.
Imagine our surprise when we arrived, and the waitress, Julia, informed us that there is no music on Wednesdays. Excuse me? Then why were we given false information about music being available?
Fine, we thought, we’ll stay since we had already come, especially as there was a birthday celebrant in our group. We decided to try and have a pleasant evening to celebrate the occasion. We ordered a hookah, and since the main kitchen, as it turned out, doesn’t operate on Wednesdays either, we only ordered chicken wings and French fries.
There were no birthday greetings from the restaurant staff, no music to match the occasion — absolutely nothing. Zero!
The next unpleasant surprise came when we received the bill. It included the full price of the chicken wings, which the waitress lost on the way to our table. The hookah, which wasn’t stirred even once in two hours. And then there were the “self-assigned” tips of 20%. Although the bill listed the tips as a fixed amount, the waitress explained, “That’s how we do it here.” But even so, she suggested adding tips on the terminal. Really?
It’s a shame that it’s not “how you do it” to provide accurate information or to show any care for your customers.
Our experience with this restaurant was extremely disappointing: incompetent staff, unreasonably high prices, and terrible service.
For comparison, a month ago, we dined at a high-end restaurant in the city center. Each person had three courses and drinks, yet the total bill was the same. And the service there was top-notch.
I absolutely do not recommend this...

This was the worst place I’ve ever been too. They charge you $3 for a bottle of nestle water that I could go to no frills and pick up a case for 2.99. They put up a fight with our group saying they aren’t allowed to serve us tap water. We had multiple DDs there that weren’t drinking alcohol. After a fight they did give us water on the house but still charged some people for it on their bill before they left. Now for the food. It was the worst, no flavour and everything came out slightly room temperature or cold. We ordered their “crazy perogies” and the cheese that came ontop was still out of the fridge cold”. A friend ordered fish and chips and it was so small and cold in the middle. Nothing was even close to the picture when it came to the menu. For the Bills they would not let us separate them and on their website it states nothing about this or the fact that they have 15% gratuity and charged us 21% AT THE END! 21% THIS IS UNHEARD OF!! AT LEAST GIVE US BETTER SERVERS CAUSE IT WAS HORRIBLE!! We had to physically go find someone just to order anything!!
The Shisha was good at the end, but if your coals go out gues what! You gotta pay for more coals!!
We tried to go to the other side to their lounge to check out the bar, and the lady told us we couldn’t stand on the dance floor (The place was empty at this point). While the side was empty. I don’t think they allow people who go to the “tea room” to go to their “lounge”.
I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all cause all of us had something negative to...
Read morewent there on Friday night we were the second group of customers in the entire store. originally my friend was given a table in an area that seems no alcoholic drinks were allowed!!!! anyway I was ask the waitress that can we sit in lounge and on sofas and her respond was: well if you are sitting there I can not tell you not to!!!!! I mean girlllllll relaxxxxxx it's not that people are lining up out there with bottle services waiting for you to save ur good spots for your imaginary customers. we are 6 freaking adults. each of us order drinks plus 2 shishas . (which they charge 30 each!!!) anyway after we got our bill however we were charge 15% service fee for a service that we didn't even get. for god sake the waitress didn't even bother to ask us once if everything is ok or not!!! why the hell I have to pay 15% service fee for that?? for being ignored the whole night?? but the most shocking part is that we were charge 6.00 for different charcoal. when the guy brought us our shish as we were ask if we can get the coconut charcoal instead and he said yes. without even mentioning that there would be additional charges. when we all complain for the extra charges and ask to speak to manager, the waitress, rather than call the manager called some other waitress.and we ended up having another argument with another waitress whose think that it's her dad's business.... when someone ask you I wanna talk to manager GO AND GET YOUR MANAGERRRRR. anyway don't waste your money here. don't ruin your...
