This review is solely for the service at the pop up stand at Costco. I was so interested in trying this and so excited when I found out this was coming! I stood at the front table for over 7 minutes while the woman working helped EVERYONE else and completely ignored me. She greeted all the other people who approached and explained the coffee flavours while I remained apparently invisible. When I tried to just finally ask for two bags after hearing her talk about flavours to everyone else, she turned her back and went to help the lady who had just approached. I used to really love this coffee but I find it ln the past year or so it loses all flavor after 3 or 4 scoops and now it’s doubled in price at Costco. It has risen in less than a year from $14.99 to $24.99 a bag. I noticed Walmart is carrying it now for $20 a bag. I think I’m going to try local small batch roasters on Vancouver island. Zavida m’a livré le 31 août 2024 un colis contenant 4 paquets de café. L’un des paquets de café moulu était percé et une bonne partie était répandue dans le carton. J’envoie un courriel immédiatement à Zavida les informant de la situation leur demandant si ma famille et moi pouvions consommer le café dont le paquet était percé. Personne ne me répond. Le 23 septembre j’envoie un courriel de rappel. Silence radio. Le 11 octobre je reçois un courriel me demandant des photos et le numéro de lot du paquet de café qui était parti à la poubelle depuis 2 mois déjà. Répondant au courriel en disant que je n’avais pas noté le numéro de lot, le service client me répond que mon billet de réclamation serait fermé me demandant de faire preuve de compréhension.
