Traveling from Calgary and just stop by here. The broth was definitely not Vietnamese Authentic taste. Too much cinnamon, and the color of the broth looks that the restaurant cooked it with instant flavor paste and or in time (at least 8 hours ++). The rare beef and flank were not in good quality as it smelled. The same for the port patty in either special vermicelli ordered. Overprice for the large deluxe pho at 14.00 bucks without beef triple. But the washroom is clean and hygiene, however it's not public one.

I came here for the first time this afternoon for some lunch after visiting my uncle in Osprey Court, and it did not disappoint. Tasty broth, all the fixings like sprouts/cilantro, plus all the extra condiments and spices were right there. I had the beef ball pho, and it was a very flavourful broth, and beef balls aplenty! I added the spicy satay sauce to level it up and boy, did it! Will come here again the next time I’m out that way!

This is my 187th eatery on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon. I ordered vegetarian egg rolls, spicy tofu pad Thai, and a soda for about $32 after tax and tip. Everything tasted really good. I would definitely come here again for another meal. 187 eateries down, and only a few to go before I have visited everywhere in town.

In a strip mall in a non-popular area of Vernon, this little Vietnamese restaurant is sparse in decor and ambience but makes up for it with good, quality, food at a reasonable price (given the worldwide supply chain issues and the increased prices that come with it). Unfortunately, the adventurous pho (tendon, brisket, etc) is no longer available but the others are on the menu. A tasty beef broth (not too salty) and generous portions of protein and carbs. They didn't offer cooked bean sprouts, only raw; but that's how we like it. Just mentioning it for those who prefer cooked sprouts; you may need to ask for it in advance. And we asked for hot peppers which they obliged... with whole peppers... would've have been nice to have it sliced... but we managed.

The pad thai was also quite good; a little less spicy than I am used to but still flavorful. I just wish there was a little more meat. But cannot complain too much with the price point.

Service was typical of a family owned restaurant; nothing special but pleasant.

I have to say Vernon does not excel at international cuisine. This little joint is one place I don't mind driving out of the way to dine at. It was a positive experience....

If you're looking for a bowl of Pho, Lynn's might not be the best place to check out. Unless it's Sunday, since it's the only Vietnamese restaurant open that day. I personally like the broth here but the portions are not up to par for the $ spent. For example the broth level is barely filled past the half way point of the bowl and when wanting a bowl of Pho that is the most important part I believe. As for the portions of meat/seafood when ordering a bowl of Pho it's the same, barely has anything in it. Best to go to Vernon's "Pho Fusion" (same price and much better portions and broth) and better yet "Fresh Lemongrass" (50 cents cheaper than both restaurants and has the best portions and broth in town I personal believe) Nothing against Lynn's, I like it here and 100% kicks Vernon's downtown Vietnamese restaurant "Pho Sate" butt. But when it comes to their Broth and portions level, it is simple not up to par. Good Pho, 3rd best in town out of the 4 here I personally believe but needs like I've stated better portions. Bonus points for Lynn's...

We were visiting Vernon and my husband was craving Vietnamese food so went here based on the reviews. Sadly disappointed :( What Vietnamese restaurant runs out of rice noodles?! This one.We were hungry so we made do. Ordered housemade Spring rolls made with rice paper and it was so oily and served with sweet thai chili and not fish sauce. Had the Pad Thai and it did not taste like pad Thai, the only reason I am giving 2 stars is we also ordered Lemon Grass Grilled chicken with rice and the chicken wasn't dry but again left and oil mess underneath. We were in Vietnam in March so this is not really what I would expect from this restaurant. A little closer to authentic would be better and not running out a key ingredient...
