The only reason I gave this and service one star is because of the man who works there, I don’t know if he’s the owner, but he is very rude and condescending. the staff seem to be very friendly
I get that he’s in support of the environment, but for him to walk up to my table (the first time I had ever been there) to tell me next time, choose a ceramic cup over a paper cup in consideration of the environment. That mansplain the environment to me was ridiculous and unbelievable.
The second time I went and only because it was local to my friend, I went for a refill and he said, can you not use the cup you already had. He’s very rude and condescending. it doesn’t seem clear to me that he has done any research on what it costs the environment to run a dishwasher and detergent to wash ceramic cups. He should leave his customers alone to choose what they want
I will NEVER come to this establishment again OR recommend to...
Read moreI really enjoyed my experience today at Koffi. The Koffi coffee was really good but what made it extra special was the service. The young lady who served us was so friendly and welcoming that you couldn't help but like her right away. I'm sad I didn't catch her name as it would be nice to thank her. I hope her boss knows they have a real jewel working for them and appreciate her. We got to talking about sun screen and I recommended one I use that has been excellent for me (not oily at all and seems to disappear as soon as you put it on) (I think its mineral based). As promised the name is "Ishizawa Shigaisen Yohou UV Gel Sarasara Formula SPF30 PA" And I will post a pic as well. Ive found it on amazon but think it might be cheaper else where. Good luck in your quality sunscreen hunt and thanks for the stellar service, panini...
Read moreKoffi is my favourite coffee spot. Lots of reasons. Great well priced coffee made with professional grade coffee machine.
Plenty of inside and outside seating. And it’s on a quiet street but only one away from Bay a busy street.
It’s ’local’. Truly local. Not even a local chain - just local, and feels like a kind of local coffee ‘pub’. Where neighbours and those who know come to sit and visit. But nothing stops a quick takeaway.
Food is good - various sandwiches, croissants, baked goods, and soup.
Parking on Haultain is easy.
Kids and parents love it as well.
The owner is a friendly person who has been doing the same great thing for a good while. Staff have been nice and efficient.
Thanks for...
