Part and Parcel should be on everyone’s list to eat. It’s a hidden delight in Quadra! We’ve been to Part and Parcel twice already, and to be honest, they’ve never missed the mark on anything. The food is exceptional, and hits the spot all the time! We called to make a reservation the day of, and the manager was very accommodating in booking us a table despite Fridays being very busy. We also found out the special menu features as we had mentioned that we are pescatarians. When we got there, we were greeted by her warm smile, and we enjoyed the inviting atmosphere, cozy and airy vibes. I appreciate that all of their dishes are perfect for sharing, as we got to try as many dishes as we can again. We got the potato dish, blistered shishitos, and yuzu Caesar salad as appetizers, and they were all so great with their flavours, textures, and depth. We got their special feature: Nashville fried halibut sando, and it was one of the best fish sandwiches we’ve ever had! *Chef’s kiss* The chef nailed that sandwich with all of its crispy and saucy components, it was just phenomenal! Our minds were blown away by that sandwich. Honestly, it should always be on the menu. In addition, we got the lingcod dish, and it tasted so fresh with the coconut milk broth, rice and fresh herbs, just perfect for the summer! For dessert, we got the Basque cheesecake and the jungle cookie, and oh my goodness, they were both very amazing and so delicious! Overall, I highly recommend dining at Part and Parcel as you’re in for a treat. Excellent service by the hosts, and the manager is so lovely - we really enjoyed conversing with her! Don’t miss out on this hidden gem! Literally! We shall return! 💯

Google Maps showed a picture of a chicken schnitzel sandwich. That's what we came for. The place was very clean. The staff were very friendly and polite and all wore masks. They were constantly cleaning everything. We ordered Vermicelli and Green Papaya Salad with Kamut Fried Chicken, and Fried Kamut Chicken Sandwich. The first couple of bites of the Kamut Fried Chicken was pleasant. But by the third piece, I've had enough crunch and found the rest of the chicken dried up and too crunchy. Our dentist would have said: "don't eat that – your teeth will crack". There was a bit too much Vermicelli in the Salad. As the pictures show, there were a few strands of green papaya among a see of vermicelli. I would have preferred Green Papaya to be the major ingredient. My companion did not enjoy the coleslaw in his sandwich and discarded that after one bite – unfortunately – not soon enough as the coleslaw was bad and caused a very long bathroom visit afterwards.

Following the high rating on Google I made my way to this inconspicuous little gem in the Quadra Village of Victoria. It’s easy to pass it on the street so keep looking if you miss it first time. The food is some of the best I’ve ever tasted. I got there in time for happy hour and tasted two amazing appetizers for $8 total. One was made from only chickpea flour and deep fried to perfection served with a delicious spicy sauce. The second delicious piece was grilled pork belly. The flavour was fabulous. I ordered the Kalettes veggie main course and again the flavours didn’t disappoint. Rich and unusual while being amazing. My server strongly recommended the chocolate dessert which I cannot say enough about. It was sweet, salty, creamy and decadent without being overpowering. Overall the meal was 5 star. The vibe of the place is calm and smooth while being friendly and relaxed. I will definitely be back.

Nestled in the heart of Victoria, Part and Parcel is a culinary gem that captivates with its rustic charm and exceptional dishes. As someone who loves to support local businesses, I was thrilled to discover this treasure that not only offers outstanding food but also champions the local community by sourcing fresh, local ingredients.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm ambiance that combines modern aesthetics with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The menu at Part and Parcel is a delightful journey through inventive flavors, each dish crafted with care and creativity. It's clear that the chef's dedication to quality and innovation shines through in every bite.

Now, I have to apologize—there are no food photos accompanying this review. That's because the dishes were simply too delicious to wait! Each plate was a feast for the senses, and I couldn't resist diving in the moment they arrived. The presentation was stunning, but the flavors were even better, making it impossible to pause for a photo.

The service here is impeccable, with staff who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about their craft. They effortlessly guide you through the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring your dining experience exceeds expectations.

One piece of advice: be sure to make a reservation. This spot is well-loved by locals and visitors alike, and it's easy to see why. With its popularity, securing a table can be challenging without planning ahead. Trust me, it's worth the effort.

Pair your meal with one of their expertly crafted mocktails or cocktails or explore their curated selection of local wines and craft beers. Each sip complements the dishes perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Part and Parcel isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary destination where every visit promises something new and delightful. Whether you're a local looking for your new favorite spot or a visitor seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Victoria, Part and Parcel stands out as a must-visit. Supporting this incredible local business is an absolute pleasure, and I'm always eager to...

We've been to this restaurant several times. So far in 2024 we went once in January and once in February. It's in our neighborhood and it never disappoints when it comes to service, food taste, and friendly staff.

HOWEVER, on our recent visit we were disappointed to see the food portions had significantly changed on some of the items we order regularly.

We usually get the broccoli sandwich which in the past was a fair size and came sliced. You could easily share with a partner, which is what we liked to do - order two meals and split half and half. On our recent visit in February, just a few short weeks since our January visit, the same sandwich was the same price and came on a small bun which wasn't cut and couldn't be shared. You also have to pay extra for fries ($5) and there wasn't even a good portion of fries. The other item was the gnocchi which is delicious but again the portion was on a much smaller plate. $100 later, neither one of us was full.

There was another time we ordered a tuna entree which came as thinly sliced tuna on a plate with a few garnishes. At that visit we did inform the staff that this isn't an entree and shouldn't be advertised as such. She said some dishes are 'light' entrees, but for nearly $30 it seemed unreasonable.

Unfortunately, given these experiences, we won't be back since it's no longer FAIR value for the cost. It's disappointing for us too since we love eating at local places that offer quality food. But it needs to...
