I ordered from here for my partner and I, we got a chicken vindaloo and chicken biryani. The vindaloo was as expected, but the chicken biryani was requested to have no spice in it, and it was at the very least medium spice. Really disappointing because I am not able to eat it, it’s even too spicy for my partner who loves spicy food. If their chicken biryani is not able to be made without spice, it’s the responsibility of the restaurant to communicate that. They easily could have given me a call and I would have changed my order, but they didn’t so there goes my money down the drain. BUT LATELY, their wicked customer service has become a reason for my ill health. Since last two times, the old man has been deliberately messing my orders. Not always am I in the position to tip, and last two times I couldn't tip. He would ask the spice level, to which I would say "mild", but the food would be so spicy that on two occasions I have ended up with stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea.
