I don’t ever make food reviews but I am very disappointed. So last night I ordered a large pizza with a coupon for $12.99 that said Large 14” Brooklyn style pepperoni. It came with Brooklyn pepperoni so I just assumed that’s where it got its name. I got pineapples added for $2.00 and crushed red peppers, oregano, garlic and herbs. This is basically what I always get accept cheaper which I figured was because of the coupon. With tip this pizza came to $18.75. After I get in my car I notice how thin it is but I am starving. So I roll up a piece and take a bite, and immediately spit it out. I go to turn on the light in my car and see this pizza is doused wirh spices. So before I leave the parking lot I talk to the guy that made my pizza and asked why it’s so thin and why he put so much spices on it. He explained that Brooklyn pizzas are thin crust pizzas stretched out to be a large… I’m thinking why would anyone want that? I asked why it wasn’t advertised as so? They have 6 styles of crust pizza one of them including “crunchy thin crust” none of them are called “Brooklyn Style”. Not only is this poor advertisement but the guy was extremely rude. When I asked what they can do about dumping spices all over my pizza to the point where I can’t eat it he said there nothing they can do….
When I got home I tried to eliminate the amount of spice with a paper towel and made a cream dip to off set the spice. I was only able to eat one slice because it was uneatable and ended up making me sick the next day. This is by far the Worst food experience I...
Read morethe service use to be excellent here about a year ago. Over the passed year though things have gone down hill drastically. I use to see the manager often before, now I am unsure if Dale is no longer the manager or he is not in as often but the new crew does not seem to care. Before the staff was super nice even when the manager was not in. Lately I have had issues with burnt pizza, not just a little it was BLACK. When I brought the pizza right back in the only person that was in the store tried to tell me that is now pan pizzas look. When I mentioned that I order them often then he asked what I expected him to do about it. I asked him to remake the pizza. When I picked up this pizza it was so under cooked the dough was raw. It was now too late as I had to get to work so I gave up on the pizza. Although most of the servers still seem friendly there is one that sees to be in when I come in that seems to act as if customers are disturbing him. Also he will ring in your pizza right away then if you say you also wanted dip sauces or a drink he will give you a total price and say "that seems about right" this price seems to change all the time. Some times I feel as if he is under charging. Other times over charging. Either way I do not think he even rings it into the till and is most likely...

UPDATE: Pizza arrived luke warm (which is no surprise given that it was made an hour ago.)
1* because of customer service. Order from this location all the time, but always picked up so had no idea how bad the delivery option was. Placed a large order, the tracker said they immediately started working on it, said 25min for delivery. An hour later i call the place, the assistant manager Chris picks up and abruptly tells me 'i have no control over what the computer tells you, i only have 1 driver' - umm. Okay then, so more than double the time than estimated, noone bothers to call, noone bothers to apologize, literally just no regard of any sorts. If your system is incorrect - then FIX it. Instead Chris says to me 'well my driver is here, waiting for me to give the go ahead, unless you want to cancel the order.' Yes, i waited an hour for a large order to cancel it. And according to Chris this happens 'all the time' - do you guys just like frustrated...
