Youre comming here to get mexican food made by non-mexicans... thats just the beginning... im surprised they were able lease this space and pay employees and pay for electricity and keep up with supplies meanwhile having hardly any customers and avoiding bankruptcy... i think their trick is to squeeze customers and get them to overpay for something they can produce for pennies, as well as charge them for a bag, look upset when you ask for extra napkins and hot sauce and water down their green sauce but fill them up half way. They think we dont know but we do... the only way i can prove this is for you to ask for a green sauce. Its even more rediculous they have a tip function expecting a tip that they dont deserve or a tip that they havent earned yet because they havent started working on your order so now you feel obligated to tip in the hopes they dont spit in your food before you get it. Asked to cancel order so could order again but was told no. Very rude, very tough to understand as obvious language barrier (same with every other customer) no attempt to satisfy me nor any alternative just flat out no. Refused to give me an entry for the contest because she messed up and kept trying to blame me. Food was mediocre and my large burrito was not any larger than a regular. Tables were all very dirty, floor was disgusting and the bathroom was blocked off so couldn’t use. Been a huge fan for many many decades and this was enough to deter me from going back. Ground beef does not stain tortillas pink. This is clearly a cost-cutting technique that may or may not be just at this location, but I can only assume that the TVP is part of the corporate recipe. This location may just have increased the percentage to 100% instead of the typical 30% I’ve seen posts about (since experiencing the most wrong textured, wrong flavoured tacos ever).
