Last week, I tried going into the restaurant at 10:15. They close at 11, and all the open signs were on. Both sets of doors were locked when I tried, without any kind of signage saying the dining room was closed or they'd be back soon.
Tonight, however, was even worse.
I went in at 10:20 PM, right after work. After waiting around for about 5 mins for service (understandable), the young man I dealt with was very rude to me. I had my debit card out the entire time and he told me he can't take cash. Since I have no cash nor did I have cash out, I misheard him and started walking away.
He cleared that up, but then misunderstood my order at least twice. When I finally ordered, I went to get my drink. Their pop machine had no signage on it and sprayed my favorite coat. The guy was helping two others who came in after me, but I wasn't given an apology nor was I offered napkins to dry off my coat. There weren't even any napkins in the bag when I got my food.
I finally try calling and the guy picks up. I didn't want to speak to someone (esp. not the same guy who served me). I wanted to leave a message and explain the situation. I waited and then called again, but I guess they don't have voicemail.
When even their phone gives you poor service, I would strongly recommend...

We were 2nd in line ( a group of 2 was in front of us), and we proceeded to wait almost 50 min for our order. When it arrived, there were issues, and the restaurant staff failed to resolve them. I reached out to the online support about the poor experience before posting a review, and they contacted the location to reach out to me to resolve or discuss the issues, but no one ever contacted me. I reached out to the online support again, and they reaffirmed that customer complaints are serious to them and again let me know that the location would be contacting me within 5 business days. They did not. Disappointed with the service, the food and the customer care at the warman location. Would never eat there or recommend the location to anyone, waste of money and garbage...
Read moreWe ordered 2 orders of 2 pc chix platter and specifically said to print two receipts for each order. The tall guy didn't quite understand and still print the whole order in one paper. Making us wait forever and arguing what seems to be simple to do, print one at a time. He even said "sure" and let me pay one at a time knowing that i wil get two receipts. But no, so ridiculous, and he still argues with me. And when we get home, we are missing our two drinks. Not good with...
